Saw Parcels last year with Mildlife opening. Out of the 70 plus concerts I've attended, Mildlife is one of the few, probably of two openers that I could tell the crowd wanted more of. Their set was like a half an hour but their music takes you on a journey that feels more like an hour compared to how long they actually played.

There are so many good things about this. It's like Lotus meets Pink Floyd, meets 70's funk and so many other things I can't even.... I'm just blown away. Easily the best thing I've ever heard. Cheers from a small town Pennsylvania.
My comment about the bassist aside, the guitarist is mesmerizingly good and imo the star of the show. He is so darn smooth man. Kudos to the wild synths that can move you anyplace they want, in concert with the percussionist acting with the reliable consistency of the laws of physics and energetic creative simultaneously. I've been listening to this song show exclusively for a week at least. It's like the first time you heard any one of Pink Floyd albums.
It's very hard to find a band who is better live than in records. You guys are awesome from the core of your ideas to your performance, and all that combined with this beautiful video.... it's such a great experience
Centuries ago this island majestically stood tall above a canyon filled with gold and diamonds, until a time traveler changed everything, serving the stage for this performance.this is 🔥
With the amount of times I've been watching this I expect I'm going to watch the views click over into 140,000 and the prior several hundred were all me
What an absolutely perfect package this is. One of the tightest live performances I’ve ever heard coupled with a stunningly gorgeous video. What a breath of rare air you guys are! (On the engineering/production side of things, I will forever be impressed by the complete lack of wind noise in the final mix. It looked like it was ripping out there)
Please come back and headline Asheville, when I read you all wouldn't be opening that night I was in shambles. Probably the only time I've ever purchased a ticket just to see the opener! Thanks for the vibes.
Keep missing you guys in Sydney. Covid. Covid and Covid. See you at Livid 2022 😊 light shows will make a good backdrop. And it’s FREE. Heads will turn. Best wishes.
I saw you guys open for the Parcles in March and iv been obsessed with your music since. Thank you for this outstanding show keep up the great vibes. 👏👏👏👌👍
@@sneakonproductionzOoooo that's a thought question. I think parcles for me mainly because I've know them alil longer, and there songs have got me through some hard times and emotions. But performance wise they both had outstanding energy it was the most Love I've ever seen a opening band get
Lead singer has an emotional and emotion - inducing voice. Some peaceful, he feels like family even though we know each other not one bit. Damn you're good with the keyboard / synths. Feels like I am in several different generations styles at the same time, but unique and genuine. I can hear your voice throughout that solo in the 30 minutes area wow 😊
You guys changed my life, you are so connected to psychodelia, music, technique, sond, enjoyment. Your music sounds so balanced that is so great to hear! Hugs from MX
The Guadalajara show was insane. I think there is no doubt you are top right now in the world, I attended with two friends that had just little time listening to you and you blew their mind hahah, (mine too, but at least I was already expecting it lol).
If this is really live, I must say what a great sound these have. I just discovered this band and I’m diggin it!!! The sound of the bass has got me hooked. This is real music folks and it should be appreciated by music lovers like myself. I’m 60 years young and diggin this sound/vibe. Way to go Mildlife!!✌🏼
that was a top notch saturday afternoon. i was delivering a pizza in Mornington a couple years ago when Vapour came on PBS and i was first introduced. i made sure my little suzuki swift was turned up to 40 so anyone within earshot could hear what i was hearing
This incredible piece just confirming more and more my immense love for this band. Love the setting, the sound, the transitions, the coulours, the warmth. Thank you for a delightful moment, stay beautiful ❤️
Really really love this, heard them for the first time yesterday and immediately bought tickets for the tour. The vibe really reminds me of Jean Luc Ponty's Cosmic Messenger.
Such a cool band....I just bought this concert on vinyl. Hard to believe it's a live recording, as it sounds so good. The music is a trippy blend of Funk/Psych-rock.
"Live at Pompeii" vibes, awesome!!!
Hell yeah I shared this with my dad saying just that lol
Even the bassist's look is reminiscent of Roger Waters' look in Live at Pompeii.
I'm getting this too!
That’s exactly what I thought!
Didn't even realize till I saw this lol
Bassist is tireless, funky AF, and at the same time so wholesome that he could play at the symphony or the darkest club and fit in both places
Filmed so perfectly, this is fucking sick
Dope.Song.to.The Moo.n
This is the Pompeii of our generation.

I am still disappointed Midlife didn't show up for the Parcels show in Denver last year
Automatic 🤤 giving me some Alan parsons vibes. Incredible
Probably the sickest live sesh I’ve ever seen.
How does this not have millions of views
Fair to say I’ve been having a Mildlife crisis since I head first found this band in March. Great stuff.
Just discovered them today, accidentally. I'm turning 44 next month , perfect time for a midlife crisis!
@@kittervision You mean a "mildlife" crisis? ;)
the fact that they transitioned from a 4/4 to a 3/4 from rare air to vapour smoothly just blew my mind
That was way too seamless, had to listen to it 5 times just to be sure!
I count it as 6/4 but still a great transition either way!
6/4 but YES

Love your work, mate
props for including the transition as part of the song
44:55 is the same spot I picked to send to a friend for zwango zop too!!
Geezer
Man that rare air outr jam was something else !
That solo/transition from 51:00 was enough for me to pre-order the vinyl
Same dude was on vocals and flute. Lots of heavy hitters at work here.
Love that, @Nicholas. Hope you’re enjoying the new addition to your collection.
True that. When stars align :D it's ephemeral

Major lotus vibes
Lotus just covered them this past weekend
@@LucidStorm128 that's wild
It's so good. Absolutely love these guys
Wait are we already friends? My 2 favorite bands. And been super into mildlife for the past year and a half. Summed it up perfectly.

What a masterpiece! Our country sets the standard once again.
best new band I've heard in 2024. see you later this year in Boston, boys!
Ash Ra Tempel vibe from Mildlife. Nice. Cheers from Mx.
These cats are just leading the way right now. Simply untouchable.

that bassline at 49:50 is so god damn FUNKYYYYY it actually gives me chills
I was looking for zwango zop and you led me!!! Thankyou!!! Have watched the whole perfornance before. Couln't remember where Zwango was.
funkk... that bass, puff nice, great band, thanks
God is such a loving god , I cry listening to this as I dance alone in my room and praise 💥🌺.
Never thought a band could ever be comparable to Pink Floyd. So glad these guys exist.
I jump more to earth and fire and Kool…
there are literally thousands of bands out there who try to be Floyd.
These guys are good, not dunking on them
@@ProgJester nice to hear the words of a wise man
Not really comparable, but there is some influence here. Along with funk, jazz, & disco.
So much groove on this. Your band was on a video about australian bands.
What a great band
Stumbled upon this video and was instantly obsessed. You guys have the fucking vision, keep on grooving. Y’all some real cool cats.
I'm no smoker, but need a spliff now!!
It's very hard to find a band who is better live than in records. You guys are awesome from the core of your ideas to your performance, and all that combined with this beautiful video.... it's such a great experience
Craig is my favorite by far. The way he handles those bongos... what talent, what charisma. Magnifique!
Great pocket
For an introvert, this is an amazing concert experience... enjoying a live show on a deserted island, in the comfort of my nest. There is a God. 😂🙌💫💥
Centuries ago this island majestically stood tall above a canyon filled with gold and diamonds, until a time traveler changed everything, serving the stage for this performance.this is 🔥
How the hell is this only 63k views? This is amazing, soul balm music!
Please start posting your live shows to bandcamp or nugs!!!! Much love from Atlanta!
This shit’s good.

50:33-51:06 = bassist killing it / chills from the build … into 51:07 for the 🤯ing shred session. This guitarist is godlike.

44 here and it's hard to find good new music I'm SO happy to have stumbled here by accident . This grooves. Like 70s rock meets electro-groove.
It's live but it's mixed and mastered so kudos to the engineers as well ;)
Yeah, I'm older too... love love LOVE the music and vibe of mildlife. So grateful for them.
Just now coming across this band. Sounds great. I'll be telling all my friends to check them out.
Thanks to Spotify for putting these guys in my feed. Great discovery.
Bought it's record in a heartbeat. So good it's unbelievable.
