    I was privileged to host Simon Majumdar and his wife Sybil at my home last June. They made a fantastic Indian meal for my family and this was one of the dishes they made. Loved every bite and great memories!!

    WRONG. Fritters are known as Pakoras in the NORTH and Bajji in the SOUTH. When you go to an Indian store, you should ask for BESAN if you want chick pea flour (not "Garam flour"). The sauce (mint and cilantro chutney) is too soupy and way, way too much in quantity. I just dont know about adding cilantro stalks in chutney.
