Hi Chef Jet Tila - love all your recipes btw. I just made your drunken noodles for dinner :) I was wondering if you would do a video of must have pantry items for Asian cooking? So helpful for those who are still in lockdown life.

I have a question about your cookbook 101 Asian Dishes you need to cook before you die.
There is a recipe for Korean Chap Chae on page 84, on page 85 is a picture of what I am presuming is the dish?
It looks to me like there is a fish buried in the noodles next to the carrot and 2 pieces of beef at the front of the plate looking at it.
Can you tell me if that is a fish or am I seeing things, I don't see it listed on the ingredients.

Hi, that's the right dish and there's beef in the noodles. But there's no fish. Could it be mushroom you're looking at?

I have a question. I live in the Country & I am on a fixed income with no way of going to the store every week. I go to the store once a month because I am unable to Drive & I do not want to ask anyone every week to take me to the store. So, that is why I go to the store once a month. My question is how can I store the bacon in the freezer? Would you cook the bacon then Freeze the bacon & or just freeze up a pack of bacon? Also, too. I have a lot of problems with Fresh Vegetables. Could you do videos on fresh vegetables on how to store them in the freezer? You describe things like a pro! Thanks!
(Just saying) . I left this question on your bacon video. So, I transferred this question to your newer video so that you can see my question. Thanks

The best thing about this is that there is no real recipe. It's your choice.
