Great video. One question, I've always been told to use baking soda to tenderize chicken, but you should always rinse it to get all baking soda off prior to cooking. If left on, does it change the flavor?

Pretty tough...make sure to get a flat bottom wok and get that oil to smoke point before you start cooking!
