Thanks Mate this worked I used a hair dryer to reseat Imu CPU and placed in fresh paste reminds me of the old pS3 GPU fix Cheers

I disassembled my imu sensor, took out the board, cleaned it from the blue compound, dried it, the error disappeared

Дякую! Мій дрон лежав без польотів з 10.2021 до от 08.2024 і після заряду батарей я спробував включити та отримав таку помилку. Очищення від старої термопасти допоміг. Прогрів не знадобився.
Я не наносив нову термопасту так як я не знайшов у себе не токопровідної термопасти.
Я включив у відкритому корпусі та подивився тепловізором - 2 резистори з маркуванням "150" гріються десь до 75 градусів C. Самі чипи майже не гріються. Я не дуже розумію нащо відводити тепло на пластико-резиновий корпус. Тому поки зібрав без нової термопасти.
Не певен, що я зможу політати найближчим часом, так як дрони у мене в країні зараз заборонені по об'єктивних причинах.
Thank you! My drone was lying idle from 10.2021 to 08.2024 and after charging the batteries I tried to turn it on and got the following error. Cleaning from the old thermal paste helped. Warm-up was not required.
I didn't apply new thermal paste because I didn't find non-conductive thermal paste.
I turned on in the open case and looked with a thermal imager - 2 resistors marked "150" heat up to about 75 C degrees . The chips themselves hardly heat up. I don't really understand why heat should be dissipated on a plastic-rubber case. That's why I assembled it without new thermal paste.
I am not sure that I will be able to fly in the near future, since drones are currently prohibited in my country for objective reasons.
