I gotta say, we broke up in like November. It was definitely hard, she started being distant, I heard some stuff after we broke up. I was like screw it I’ll work on myself, using this and masculine energy. They said no contact. I did just that, focused on myself. Enjoyed life, she went through like 3 guys in 5 months. She has been trying to get back with me for the past 2 months and I have turned her down. When she left, that’s when I realized I deserved better (: good luck fellas! Y’all can do it!

Anxiety ruins your confidence. It screws with your mind, makes you panic, and do stupid things.
I liken it to being on a tightrope, trying to keep it together, and then you fall again, because your distracted by anxiety. Anxiety keeps you from your goal of getting where you want to be with your ex.
Your explanations are so true. Anytime anyone looks up “get my ex back” they come upon a million metaphysical “law of attraction” bullshit. Your advice is scientific and psychological. It’s not about praying or chanting and meditating. It’s about being logical and level-headed. It’s not about “soulmates” or “twin flames” it’s just about how human being’s brains naturally respond to breakups and relationships. You are the real deal.

@@kewl800i it takes over a year sometimes. If you were with them for 6 months or longer they prob will reach out at some point. If it was a one month fling you probably won’t hear from them ever again.
Hello Coach Lee, I’ve been meaning to message you over year now to tell you thank you. I watched your videos and they helped me get through that difficult period. During that time being alone, I grew. I committed myself to no-contact: blocked her on all social media phone, etc… No contact for about 3 months, and well long story short, she called me out of the blue and we have been back together for over a year now, and the relationship is flourishing. For me, the magic happened when I started doing thing for myself and she was leaving my mind. Thank you again. I hope to meet you in person one day to thank you! Maybe have a beer?🎉😂

I made all the wrong moves at first. Separation anxiety is a killer. On a positive note I lost 10 lbs from not eating. Now I'm on the no contact and the last 2 days she reached out to me.

I'm here to spread some hope y'all. I initiated NC and after 37 days of NC he texted me today. He texted me asking me how I'm doing, he said he missed talking to me and he's anxious asking me when he and I can see each other again! This is 100% truth. Listen, here and there some days were pretty difficult for me but I stuck to NC. Keep going everyone. Trust me I know how you feel. You can do it. Thank you Coach Lee for your logical, sound and soothing videos to keep us going. I'll be taking things slow with him but excited to see where this goes.

At first i started NO CONTACT to get her back but with time i realized i needed it for myself,if someone truly loves you they will never leave you because of issues that can be resolved,I know God got my back and i will heal completely and things will be better with me if i continue working to be a better version of myself

It's truly mature of you to realize that you needed no contact and space for yourself, not just for your ex. It matches my situation, because after 1.5 years after my own breakup and having begged my ex to come back, I realized that I needed time to grow and appreciate myself as an individual. Now after 3 months of no contact, I feel like I was able to heal and be better. I do hope my ex contacts me soon though! But in the meantime, I'll continue working on my own life. Success here !!! Even though I have him back I still come back to watch these to feel better. Also though I have him back im still radio silent on social media . Many hating people out there DIDNT like us happy so. I don’t post what I do with him. We went out to lunch today ... it was amazing . I went to his job to eat and he was all over me we saw someone who worked with us who saw us together we did not engage but we were all over eachother . I’m so happy tbh

It can seem that way - that some people don't want to see a success story so close to them... I think people are becoming comfortable and not only the dopamine fix from touch screen technology and liking, "friend"-ing , pinning, etc., I think some people are finding it difficult to celebrate good events that are just too close to them now as well too. I told my ex that if she wants to come back that she needs to come back stronger even though she was the one that broke up with me. I pointed out that she had some serious, lingering mommy-approval/-shame and parental (divorced) modeling issues, weaknesses and reactive-assuming behaviors and, if she ever reconsiders, that she needs to talk to me about what those things are and that if we are to ever visit with each other to seriously attend to openly addressing the matters, that neither of us tell either of our families what we are doing because it is about _our growth_ & not theirs , not for their approval nor are there any of their situational friction they might want to apply upon her/us to jealously obstruct us.
@@simonemathew4422 I'm not a professional so I could be wrong, but it might be a good idea to stay in breakup recovery mode as long as it takes because things can revert and end up collapsing again. Not speaking death, keep up the good work and you may see life!

Success story here coach Lee,,,my ex had dumped me after going hot and cold for some time. I had gone into NC . He called today after about three weeks . We spoke naturally. He told me he was watching a song,and it reminded me of him and what went wrong between us . I felt happy. I pray for everyone to find their love. Thank you coach Lee for giving strength and being there.

I want share my recent success too, i went into no contact since the last week of January to 17 Feb which is around 3 weeks. My ex reached out to me and she says she misses me and thought it was bad that we missed celebrating valentines. As coach Lee says i didn't ignore her i casually told her i missed her too. We have reconnected and for the first time she asked me what we can both do to up our game & learn from our mistakes . We have planned for first meet up on 14th March. I can’t put it all into words in a TH-cam comment, but I have honestly begun to realise my true potential, and I wish the same for everyone reading this, whether you get the outcome you desire or something else. I'm in no contact, it's almost been 1 month. Been binge watching no contact videos all over youtube to keep me sane!! Man been up and down, working on myself, some days been good, other days I just think about him and how he is seriously so special, kind, his humour, so many things. And it's just so hard to find someone that just clicks with you and has those traits. Been open to the idea that either he contacts me in the future or ital get better and I'll find someone better. But I'll be okay. It's obviously just hard within the first few months. But I have been through multiple breakups - you just need to accept the grieving process and learn and grow from your mistakes and be a better person! For yourself and future partner. Really do hope I get a second chance with him, but I'll be okay and become a whole new person regardless!

Been no contact for almost 5 months. It's over. I appreciate coach Lee's optimism, but in my case and many other's relationships there is no getting back together.

Coach Lee: thank you for all your help. I haven’t had to watch one of your videos in awhile and it’s thanks to no contact.
I went immediately into no contact for 3 months. All the time apart did was show me that this is real love, I couldn’t move on and didn’t want to. We had a unique situation and our ending didn’t feel right. Lots of unfinished business as we were best friends and didn’t end because of any certain reason.
I couldn’t wait any longer, I needed to see where she was at so I could either move on or work together for something stronger. I’m happy to say we’re back together and it feels better than it ever has.
We’re more honest and open than ever and it feels great to have my best friend back in my life, and I have you to thank. Thank you!

It worked for me within a month of zero contact. My guy is back, but by that time I had also learnt to enjoy my own company and get going on my own.
No contact is great not only to get your ex back but also very healing for your own self. You feel so much more confident, calmer, and the realisation that life is great with/without him is liberating!
I also practiced gratitude and knew for sure that if not him then someone better than him!

I had a boyfriend for roughly three months, but before that he was just getting out from a eight months relationship. Now that he has broken up with me, he got back with his ex. Yes, I was the rebound. I'm in no contact for 45 days but I just accepted that everything that happened was just a rebound. All the love he promised, the attemps to be a better person for me was just him recovering from an abusive relationship. I still thinks a lot about him but I want to move on, I can't force me to like him anymore, he will not change. I want to thank Coach Lee for helping getting through all this messed up situation, you really teached me really powerful lessons that I will carry on my whole life from now.

Just use NC buddy, if you were good enough and the ex was and it fact it might continue, you might have a chance. Did you see the rebound video? What a rebound does that helps the dumper.
Stay strong, it's hard but I also need to be strong like you. He needs to know my value.
Assuming he doesn't come back a year from now you will be a much stronger person for having had this experience. I have been where he is and he may be looking in the mirror and asking himself why he let himself back into a toxic relationship when he could have moved on. However that is his cross to bare. The father you stay away and the less you obsess the better. Work on yourself for youself.

So 100% true! Doing that you just don't let them experience the consequences of their choice. Don't do this mistake, cut the communication and go NC as soon as possible!

I watch some of your no contact videos in 2019 when I was going through a bad break up. I tried it and it was soooo hard! Cried myself to sleep every night.. I stayed committed to the no contact though.. fast forward to July 2021, I get a call from him saying he’s been thinking about me but I don’t want him anymore bcos not only did I heal and move on, Right now I just don’t see what I saw in him anymore.😀

I’m a little over 30 days of no contact/radio silence . I deactivated all my social media and stopped speaking to anyone associated with him so I’m completely out his life. Coach Lee has so much information about the psychology of getting an ex back, and the steps needed to do so, he should just write a book. It would literally have a wealth of information from all of his knowledge. And he can make money from royalties.

Gonna be 3 weeks in NC it's very hard not to think about the good times we had,all these memories haunt me. I have done all the mistakes which coach Lee mentioned. I even told her,I will be waiting for you and she told me not to waste my time, she's not coming back to me. I know even though I m in NC,it won't matter to her. This break up and the LOCKDOWN combo is making it more difficult. I want to wish good luck to all the people going through this bad phase. We are in this together.

If you are going through the same thing, my suggestion would be not to think too much. I know it's hard, but believe me, even if she doesn't come back, down the line after 1-2
years you gonna be okay. I thought I would never recover from this and my life is over. Now when I read my comment, i realise how stupid I was. Spend time with your family. In my case my family was my biggest support. You are going to be Okay!! 🫡
These videos have been helping me so much. My ex and I broke up June 12th after he was very hot and cold for awhile. Even a week before he broke up with me he was saying things like “I always wanna be with you” but his actions said otherwise. He went on vacation and came back, telling me he missed me and wanted to fix things, but that night he blindsided me with a break up. He mentioned that he had been thinking about it for three weeks, and in the mean time he acted normal and still engaged in things like sex.He came over the next day and told me he wanted a break instead and proceeded to tell me that “the break will be short I just need to work on myself” and “I love you so much this has to work out I need you in my life.” He made out with me and cuddled with me affectionately, then told me he’d “talk to me later.” He told none of his friends about it, so I explained to a mutual friend and she told me that he wanted to get back together with me after speaking with him. 2 1/2 weeks later I angry texted him because he was hanging out with a girl best friend who had feelings for him almost every day. He told me “I made him want to not exist” and got very angry and defensive when I confronted him. The relationship was so wonderful until the very end. He’s moving an hour away and I think he may have gotten cold feet, but I still don’t really know why it happened. He told me “I’d be better off without him” and that “he makes me suffer” and that’s why he was breaking up with me in the very end. He told me not to contact him and it was all very confusing. Eventually that night he said he hoped we could reconnect in some way eventually and asked to be friends but I declined. He also thanked me for everything and told me “he would always be there for me if I was always there for him” and offered to be emotional support if I ever needed it. It was all so weird and he still has not talked to most of his friends about it. I’ve been 2 1/2 weeks no contact and I’ve muted his posts on social media. I’ve been staying away from him and am planning to fully go into no contact like I did with a previous ex. This worked on a previous ex of mine who still tried to reach out even a year after going no contact. I shut it down and was happier without him. I really still love my most recent ex even though he treated me poorly, but I really want him to fix his problems before getting back together. Knowing this is a win/win, I’m hoping this will make things feel a lot better in my life either way like it did before. But your videos are so nice and helpful. Thank you 💜

My partner decided on the 2nd of January to call it a day on our 15 year relationship and for like 10 days I begged pleaded ' ....the usual crap . Then I stopped and went totally no contact for like two weeks, before I know it shes missing me and making little reasons to get in touch with me ....I thought we were done tbh but we got back together and everything's going good . I truly believe if I didn't go no contact she'd have moved on but going no contact give her time to miss me and get curious of what I was doing ect .....its hard but definitely worth a go

Thank you Coach. This video came at exactly the right time. I have been in no contact for 5 months now. While I have faced the likelihood of my ex GF never coming back and accepted that possibility, I do still think about her, love her, and miss her. I actually explored the idea of reaching out to her today. I even typed the message but decided not to send it. Then I thought about it some more and said "wait a minute, I know better." Then I saw this video. I was her longest relationship, but unfortunately I begged and pleaded for a while (21 days over the course of almost 4 months). She is somewhat introverted so I know how important space is to her. I was in panic mode right after the breakup so I lost sight of that, and tried to do everything I could to keep things going. I regret that every day. I often wonder if after 5 months of NC, that she has been curious about what I've been up to, or maybe why I haven't reached out again. I also wonder if she has thought about reaching out to me. I have improved so much in my life but she is still on my mind every day.

(2Weeks and a half) but...I’m wondering if he’ll ever reach out because the last day we saw each other..I was very angry at him for leaving. (we lived together too)
It was hurting so much that I mentioned how he shouldn’t Looked for me again and he agreed. *I kinda regret saying that* but I was so overwelmbed from the abandonment that I couldn’t control myself...

Chris Yoli That is definitely something to consider. At least I know that I never acted angry towards my ex, but I did show that I was obviously very clingy, especially after the breakup. Her and I were close. What I told her after the breakup was that I hoped we could continue things in the future, and that there was so much more we could do. I said that more than enough times to where she knew I wasn't leaving her alone to the point of annoyance. The second to last time I contacted her was a voicemail in which I mentioned that I knew I contacted her more times than I should have, but assured her that I never meant any harm and apologized for it. I've since known that she wasn't receptive at that point. I'm not sure if she has been surprised that I've been silent for 5 months. I'm just glad I decided not to break no contact the other day.
My boyfriend of 3 years broke up with me two days ago out of nowhere. I’ve been a complete and utter disaster. I’m having trouble even functioning. We lived together and had created a whole life together. I sent him a clean slate message today, so NC begins.. This is going to be one of the hardest things I’ve ever gone through. But I love him. So fxcking much. So I’m going to give him the breakup he wants, if it’ll make him happy. I’m going to hope and pray that he reaches out and we will work out. I was broken up with after four years, two of which we lived together, because I can be a nag/ temperamental and occasionally controlling. We also share a ton of great times together too though. I’m concerned that his friends who are all single, may be influencing him not bother with me anymore. He is a bit immature and impressionable, so I’m worried that they will talk him out of contacting me even if he wants to. I’m currently in no contact, except random messages, initiated by him, to talk about what to do with the apartment and stuff like that. This is easily the hardest thing I’ve ever gone through.

No contact worked bro, after 3 weeks. I was definitely an exception, but we plan on starting over completely as friends and maybe if it happens we work our way back into a relationship. I have hope we will, but I am ok if we don’t I’ve already relearned my worth and know I don’t need her to be happy and that I’m a lot stronger than I thought.
Guys please listen to coach lee. I was separated from my fiancé of 6 years with a beautiful a daughter for 3 months and half. Be respectful, work on yourself and don’t bother then and yes I fucked up bad. Have faith guys. Stay strong.

I Really Enjoy Watching Your Videos Brother. I Was Talking To This Church Girl For A Year And A Half. Only Talking And We Got Attached. Always Had The Upmost Respect For Her. But On February 8th 2020 She Had Blocked Me On All Platform For No Reason Cause I Don’t Remember Doing Anything To Her. We Were FaceTiming Everyday. Sunday Makes A Month. So I Jus Let Her Be. The first story is very similar to mine. Except she was very passive and has low self esteem. She said one day that she was feeling conflicted, needed some guidance. I heard her, but didn't act quickly enough or give the answers she was looking for. I thought I had, but she acted not herself since and then delayed the breakup. When she did, she didnt want to work on the relationship, yet didnt want to cut me off completely, knowing that I too, am sensitive, and said she wanted to be there if I needed her. I begged and pleaded, trying to get information, and explain how much she meant to me. This went on for months until I was exhausted, without options other than chatting to myself. Wish I hadnt been so stupid, I thought I was doing the right thing. I had one friend with good sense, and finally checked online to confirm what he was saying. That was was a bad feeling, initially, but I have more confidence already. I want my soul mate back!!
When or how many month need to past so the chances start to go down or chances starts to be low? Going into 10 months and nothing and it sucks losing hope. We were together for about 4 month. I did try to save it and then I went NC. She hasnt contact me at all. In other news Coach Lee I enjoy your videos and you really are inspiring and just have great advice and you can really speak and I respect you for your care to help people who are suffering with a heartbroken like myself. First days I felt like I couldn't breath etc. Your videos make me just focus and stay calm and gave me hope. Now its been 10 month and I cant say I still have hope. Keep sharing your wisdom and helping people all over the world.
What works for everyone else ,seldom works for me, did everything the way I should have , implimented no contact , ignored dumb texts , responded to the reach out text the right way , became a better me , moved on with my life dating other women but she has a place in my heart where she will always be wanted , 4 months in , lost pretty much all hope for her return. But it's ok guess she never really loved me in the first place. Feel like I came close but can't seem to pull her back in. Guess it was not meant to be. Good work coach , I'm glad to hear that some are getting there loves back , beautiful feeling it must be.

It did work. If she was constantly reaching out to you and you ignored her she just gave up. You missed an opportunity. You can respond to your ex if you seem them honestly trying. Don’t self sabotage anymore.

It. Worked coach lee !!!!! Dec 28 my man ended it with me, yesterday we reunited. I let him message me and I kept my cool even though I wanted to scream I miss you take me back. Eventually he broke down and said he missed me like hell and wants to try again. He did however try to date others but I’m ok with that cause he said they just weren’t me 😁Thank you thank you

I'm goodd (7/10) but sometimes its still hurts because I used to be with that person for 5 years and i can't stop thinking about her, if she's going to chat me or call & our good memories. I've decided to blocked her on every social media because i think its a waste of time waiting for her so i need to move on and i'm not ready to see her with other person haha (my friend told me she's sharing some post about someone new) So yeah, life goes onnn. I'm now focusing in my life and try new things!.

I have been in no contact for 29 days. She reached out twice to congratulate me on my son middle school graduation and yesterday to wish me a Father’s Day, but both times were via text message. I was very short and cordial. Her birthday is in 2 weeks, but I won’t say anything since I will never initiate a conversation with her. The best thing is to do no contact for as long hours it requires. Some days will better than others, but as time progresses, you will feel better and stronger. It’s a process, so follow it.

No contact works. I bitched/pleaded did all tht for 2.5 months ..it finally got to the point where she had to be mean to me to leave her alone & I did & 23 days later she wrote me .. I even moved to a whole different state tht she didn’t even believe n happened to go to California and accidentally had a 9 hour layover where I am now ..we had a bomb ass day n I dropped her to the airport & she’s ALREADY texting me ... We are staying single though to better ourselves for when I move back n if we do get back together .. relationships don’t work out a 2nd time if the original issues aren’t fixed . Anyways never would have guessed this would happen
Does anyone watch a ton of these but still come away thinking that their situation is STILL unique in some ways, and that probably no video or success story could cover it? Ugh. Ahhh back to coach lee a 3rd time in my life 😂 1 time no contact worked after a month, she tried to make a comeback. Another time it didn’t, never heard from her again.
And now I’m back to almost a week of no contact again with another one, she’s still leaning towards the ex so I’m trying to just let it go and go contact.

This gives me so much hope! I spent 3 weeks begging and pleading! I feel like a fool! He finally got angry with me and said it’s completely over. Broke my heart to pieces, but I am doing no contact from now on. I love him that much that I am going to leave him alone now. I hope this no contact works even after 3 weeks.

I broke up with her and I felt a void within me after three days but we still talked during this three days. I’ve talked to her about getting back together but she refused and I’ve begged her for almost two weeks now but she still said she can’t do it anymore. I tried the no contact rule and I’ve had a panic attacks, my body keep trembling which made me broke the “ no contact rule” but hearing this successful stories .. I’m now standing on my grounds with the no contact rule . I really messed up by breaking the rule which made her hanged up the phone on me . I am glad I found your videos, I watched a looooot of mother coaches but at any point what they said did not sounded logic to what I want to accomplish.
