I thought changing the spark plug was hard haha looks like a fun job removing carby, my 450 has no easy ajust screw for the fuel mix and its running super rich and starts without choke.
When you flipped the tail up on your bike it changed my life ;-D I've been taking the whole sub frame off and disconnecting wires and stuff. Didn't realize you could leave it all hooked up! Thanks!
did you ever take the baffle out of your muffler? let me tell you that opens it up more than anything loud as fuck but instant power response.
not going to lie. mechanic i am not BUT i do enjoy learning it. everytime i watch your videos i get the itch to go by a moto but then i remember how much money i already invest in my hobbies. lol keep up the wonderful work you are doing

hey bud, i got an old beast like yours, 2006 mo, and would love to get rid of the pollution crap.... but can't seem to find a part number for the AIS removal kit you required on this video.... Can you please help me with a part number and where to purchase from...i have already rebuild CARB as when i got the bike it ran really POORLY, even a big FLAT SPOT got sorted, and now , Wow she goes great,...... Wish you'd shown pulling out the carby. I got exact same model and suddenly leaking petrol from the carb overflow.
Wish you had shown a video of how it runs with the yz carb
