It worked after I restored license and reset my PS5. DO NOT RESET DATA BASE, it will reset your entire console. Only do that if you are entirely out of options, and don’t care about your data.
Edit: If this glitch persists, try turning your internet off and on, or disabling and and reconnecting. Since the glitch still happens to me nearly a year later, i found this strategy to work too.
