"Rota" is shorthand for "Rotation". Work cycle, etc.

The Crew 2 is so much better. Driving us fun yet skillful, the tracks are varied, the styles of racing feels so much different from each other, and the cars look great. Wouldn't say it's better than Forza Horizon 4, but the game stands on it's own.
