This was one of those crossovers i didn't know i needed. I think Shuffle T is most well known for battle rap if thats your taste. Sort of a deconstruction type thing, less aggressive more comedy. Dan bull is as good as always. Great reaction Dave!
Dan Bull was probably the one who introduced to Nerdcore and the whole "music about Movies/games/comics", definitely a special creator for me. Funnily enough I was introduced to Dan Bull by Nerdcubed, a british games review channel that I think has moved on to a podcast format. Dan rapped his outro music and was credited for it in every video, it's crazy to think about how finding them has changed my taste in music and videogames. I look at the two mediums totally different because of them.
I think he was I don't remember anyone else rapping about this sort of thing when he started except for minecraft rappers but most the other people who did minecraft raps didn't really expand beyond that tbh!
I love so many of Dan Bulls’ raps! I especially like the more aggressive ones. With an aggressive beat. But a couple of my favourites in no particular order are: - 20 Years of Resident Evil - Gears of War - Unity - British Assassin - Hoist the Black Flag - Most of the Skyrim/Teso raps. The writing is incredible - You’re special - 40 years of gaming - San Andreas - The Minecraft raps (they are great, even if you don’t play the game) - The Order - Fuck Everything And so many more!
The Bill is an old name for the police, the show is about the police force havent seen it since I was a kid but I still remember the theme tune.. I think it's in the same universe as holby city if i'm not mistaken which is a hospital tv show, they're british soap dramas! Cheetos the crisps(potato chips, btw US ones are banned in UK due to additives which is why he was referring to smuggling them through the airport to stick it to em) and Heathrow is London's airport!
