Slow Start is the signature move of Regigigas, the Normal-Type leader of the other Regi's! And yeah, Normal Types are pretty slow starting out, but some are powerhouses!

I always love watching people react to Cam's Pokemon cyphers. Main reason is because I have trouble catching bars that aren't related to Pokemon, and a lot of reactors will catch/explain them. Then, because I know way to much about Pokemon, I can usually offer context for the Pokemon bars. So never worry about not getting the Pokemon references because nearly all of us love answering questions about the bars.
You've probably looked all these up/been told already but: Darmanitan is a gen 5 fire-type that stands like a Gorilla with his knuckles on the ground and smaller legs. Not sure if you caught/know, but Overgrow is the base ability for all Grass-type starters. Fire and Water have Blaze and Torrent respectively. Slow Start is Regigigas' (the head Regi) ability, and it halve's Speed, Attack and Special Attack for the first 5 turns. I'm pretty sure you got this one, but "Uno Dos Tres" refers to ArticUNO, ZapDOS and MolTRES the OG trio. The bunny you're thinking of is called "Diggersby". It is also the root term for grocer, (as in grocery store, yes, the correct term for someone who works at a grocery store is a grocer(pronounced Gross-er)) which is essentially the original term for a whole sale/bulk sale store, as opposed to the modern day term which refers to stores that sell food products. And yes, the root word and pronunciation were "borrowed" from German.

Couple days late here, but I'm not sure if you caught this: "Drifblim how she take my shadow balls and take my kids" - Obviously an out of pocket hilarious bar, but Drifblim's (or drifbloon, I forget which one) pokedex entry says it likes to take little kids. Also "Metal Claw 'em like the boost to my nature is Adamant-ium", Metal Claw is a physical steel move with a chance to boost your physical attack, and Adamant is a pokemon nature that boosts physical attack while lowering special attack. And metal claw, adamantium, could be a wolverine play. "Always hailin' in July with these Rimes, cause Frost Rotem" - Frost Rotom form, hail weather, Alola's ice type version of Mr Mime is Mr Rime, and the artist Frost wrote those bars in July. There's so many super sick bars throughout this whole song and really dense lines. This might be my favorite of Cam's pokemon cyphers, every single verse was incredible and flowed perfectly into one another.
Never too late to comment on one of my vidoes, I respond to everyone! Lmao the downside of hindsight is I did catch those after listening to the cypher a few more times after this watch. This is definitely one of the best, if not his best cypher so far. Absolutely everyone SNAPPED and it was refreshing to hear Freshy on the beat this time, as well as just hear a bunch of people we havent heard yet on one of these like TEV, Mir, and Kwite!
I highly recommend you check out some of freshys stuff, he doesnt rap in a lot of his stuff since he mainly works on the production and stuff, but the ones i can remember off the top of my head are Fairytale cypher Ghost cypher Julius Pringles vs Monopoly Man Frankenstein vs Bruce Banner

Sadly I haven't listened to his own stuff yet, but he has blown me away in every cypher I have heard him in. I can definitely give him a listen though if you got some songs you can recommend! Probably will react too.
