Maybe a long shot. Are the wires with the terminals, under the enginge fuse box used ? Specifically the one wrapped in the harness with tape?

Was that wire from the brake position sensor / ABS harness? I literally have the same thing happening to my 08 Denali. I’m going to fix it asap

already cleaned the throttle body but it never done this until i put this new ecm in it. it was broke down a wire got broke and we thought it was the ecm so we changed it but it wasn’t but now under throttle it says reduced engine power and will stutter and cut out and on start up it’ll struggle but eventually start.
