Great job finally locating these ground issues. If possible, if you could use a Laser Pointer when showing specific wires etc it might help us really see specifically what you are trying to show us…thanks for all you do for us DIY folks
Changed everything as you guys did, ECM, throttlebody and still gave me the low power/reduced engine mode on my 2008 chev silverado. I looked at my grounds one of them from the motor to firewall was corroded and fraying so i replaced it. I also replaced the ground from the hood to firewall this was a busted cable I also cleaned the ground connections with wire brush. Once this was done I have never seen the reduced engine mode its been nearly two months since changing ground cables and cleaning the connections where ground cables bolt too just my two cents check you ground cables? Anyways good luck out there with the gremlins.

Great video I wish I would have found it earlier. Cleaned and tightened up all my grounds haven’t had an issue since.
