- The Celestron 25x100 is a good astronomy binoculars. More light gathering power than the 20x80 binoculars. High powered binoculars. Viewing the night sky with two eyes is awesome.

First time seeing you... liked a lot. Congs.
Thanks and welcome
Wish they made them economically with 45 or 90 degree eyepieces. Can you see colors in M42. I guess young people can see them but I just see grey blob. I have Canon stabilized binocs, not requiring tripod that are fantastic.
No, I don't see any colors on M42. I heard you need a really big telescope like a 12 incher to even begin to see a hint of color on M42.
I have these on a camera tripod and it’s barely able to work. It’s hard to move the binoculars around to look at things without having difficulties holding it in the place you want it. A proper stand would be more than the binoculars so I’ll hold off on that for a while
You probably need a bigger tripod like: amzn.to/4c5xDIB
excellent
Many many thanks
Are you convinced?
Hello. I am new to star gazing etc. I do not want to get a telescope (yet) is it possible (with a tripod) to see any details of planets with these binoculars? I can get outside from a city (away from light pollution) to have a clearer sky. Any help would be great!
You won't see details with your own eyes with these binoculars. You need a big aperture telescope with lots of zoom. I reviewed the Orion 4.5 inch telescope. th-cam.com/video/Q6QTthaQsPk/w-d-xo.html I was able to see the rings of Saturn distinctly. You can see some bands on Jupiter. If you add a camera you'll be able to capture even more details. This binoculars is great on the moon which is mesmerizing.
@@FocusKnob would the rings of Saturn be possible to make out. I’ve read some people have made this out (only just) with strong binoculars.
At 25x it will be a very tiny, oval figure in the sky. You won't separate the rings. This also depends on Saturn's distance. When it's closest to earth the view will be better.
I am new too to this new world, and wondering if there is an eletronic telescope to use with a qled television... or a 8k ultra amoled display... that would be interesting... so long.
I don't know of such telescope. I know there are wifi cameras you can attach to telescopes which will send the pictures to a smartphone.
Thanks for sharing this. I have a pair but cannot find an affordable tripod setup. Do you have any recommendations?
What do you consider affordable? I suggest going on ebay to find a used Bogen 3011. I personally had a Bogen 3011 and Bausch & Lomb 68-3000. The Bogen is preferred as it can go up to 70" high which is better if you want to be looking up without crouching. The Bausch & Lomb only goes up to 60". I don't know how tall you are.
you have to make it your self , there are lots of DIY options online , it can be made of wood , and you can take Geometer tripod , they are all around and are cheap . You can make this your self . It is very simple . Usually they use counter weights , but there is an easier way , put small hooks on it , then just use some bags with sand .
I would make it but i dont have the time . Maybe i will order it to be made . Its real simple device .
They’re very good for the deepsky 😊
Indeed
Good review! I have the 20x80 but thinking of upgrading... Just wish the price increase wasn't so steep
Ya I don't know why the price has gone up. I got mine for $300. I'll be releasing my video review of the SkyMaster Pro ED 20x80 soon.
Yes, handholding a 20x80 binoculars will cause the view to shake.
Which one do you prefer ? 20x80 or 25x100 ?
@@oscarguiraogarcia3471 25x100 gives a nice extra magnification but the new 20x80 ED Pro can provide a cleaner view but very expensive.
Just purchased a celestron micro adjustable azimuth tripod. Its got the two cables that come off the head with knobs at the end to make micro adjustment. I am trying to decide on a good pair of giant binoculars. 20x80 , 25x 100, ED pro, vs pro. If you were me lol, knowing what ya know, which one would you recommend brother. These will be used for skywatching. I am also going to be using a phone mount to use cell phone camera on one side. With that said. Which one of these celestrons would you recommend? Or is there something better then these celestron for about the same price that i havent seen. All your videos are great!! Thanks for any help.
If this will be your first binoculars then I would recommend the higher magnification. There's something special seeing things bigger for the first time. It's crazy how the price of the 25x SkyMaster has gone up since I bought mine years ago for $300. If you're not in a hurry to purchase I also recommend going to cloudynights.com Used Marketplace for a nice used one that seem to pop up regularly there. You'll need to create an account in order to see their Classifieds section. I just did a quick look and saw a nice Zhumell Tachyon 25x100 someone is selling for $250. I would jump on that.
Thanks mate for this video. I also watched your video on the 20x80 pro ED Celestron and I'm wondering which ones you'd say are best for star gazing?
I'm leaning towards the skymaster pro ED as they correct chromatic aberration...
The Pro ED will certainly give a cleaner image. The 25X gives you an extra 5X magnification. You have to weigh which feature is a priority.
Yes that's my reflection... Thanks for adding feedback, I lean towards the better image to be honest
Good one 👍 can you please help me with Tripod Manufacturer name?
My tripod recommendation is one that can go at least 70" tall like a Bogen 3011, 3021, 3033, 3036, 3046, etc. Depends on how tall you are. Buy in the used market for better value. My latest tripod acquisition is a Coman KX3636 which can go to 74" tall. Checkout my review of the Celestron SkyMaster Pro ED 20x80 binoculars to see the Coman tripod in action.
Sir mene cason binoculars 10x60 liya hai kya achha
I don't understand
I have a hefty camcorder tripod I would like to use. It has the standard 1/4 X 20 camera screw. Is there an adapter for the binoculars?
This binoculars has the mount and will mount directly to your tripod.
Pr mujhe skymaster me interest aa rha hai
