    Especially for observing the Milky Way or entire constellations, I can recommend the Omegon 2x54. I've had it for a short time since testing it at the ATT, and it's fantastic. You can see about 30° and significantly more stars, and actually more Milky Way objects due to the vast field of view. It's a lot of fun, but be careful, these 2x, 2.1x, 3x ... binoculars vary. I looked through a Vixen 2.1x 42 in parallel at the ATT, and the image was terrible, largely blurry. I can recommend the Omegon 2x54.
    clear skies

    Thank you. You answered so many questions for me. I'm selling my telescope and would like to transition to binoculars. Now, I know where to start. 👍🏻

      Thank you for your comment. At the end of the video I showed some objects that you can observe. But I would like to create another video in which I only show objects that can be observed with binoculars. Which binoculars are you currently using? The largest binoculars in this video are the 20x80 from Bresser. I have already uploaded a video about these binoculars

  • @danielradu897

    Hey Felix, nice video. I have a question for you. Do you have problems with the eyepiece rubbers(eye relief rubber cups) of your 20x80 binos? I have the same Bresser 20x80 and those pieces of rubber have start to tear. Left one is tear all the way and the right one is starting to tear. Do you know if i can replace it? I searched to buy and replace them but i didn't find any.

    • @FelixsAstrophotography
      @FelixsAstrophotography  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi. Thank you for your comment. Yes, I actually have exactly the same problem. Unfortunately, both are no longer attached to the binoculars. Unfortunately, I haven't found a solution yet. As soon as I find something, I'll write to you again.

      @@FelixsAstrophotography oooh this seems to be a general problem for those binos. I'll try to glue them with glue for shoes( it works with rubber and it remains elastic). I'll return with feedback. thx for answering and clear skies :D
