Love love love that you reworked the supplement. I love the ingredients now and will be a buyer of this product even though I take these individually I’m excited that I could get them all together..
I spent a small fortune on supplements; not one helped. My debilitating gut disorders all healed when I stopped eating carbohydrates. I am carnivore 6 yrs, and at age 66 take no pharma or supplements.
Carbohydrate foods also have a lot of fiber. Fiber = indigestible polysaccharides = indigestible undefined number of different sugars, with no nutritional value Makes perfect sense that when you stop putting indigestible waste in your gut, the gut issues go away
Also, if you were to stop cooking your food and in that process destroying digestive enzymes and nutrients, your gut would get even better and you would be healthier and stronger. Namely raw egg yolks, raw muscle meats, raw organ meats (the king), raw milk and cheese etc. Is the only real food.
You are correct doctor...I use probiotics with glutamine 2.5 mg per meal. Recently I added 6g of morianga Powder it's a game changer for all types of guts issues.
Why did the FDA ban aloe Vera as an ingredient in medicine? How is it safe as a supplement? What is the rationale that it doesn’t hurt your kidneys function? Is it better at the lower doses?
Would love to consider it but not sure if DGL increases blood pressure like licorice. The other problem is aloe vera. I had no idea it is in the latex family until I had a negative reaction. Grateful I used a minimal dose so I recovered without a trip to the ER.

It sounds as if you had either SIBO or SIFO.
If you just went low fodmap you would probably achieve the same results
I’m so sorry for what you’ve been through but happy you finally found a solution. Are you purely carnivore, no non-animal foods?

So glad to hear it’s helping you!
Which probiotic with glutamine supplement are you using? Could you share the brand please?
Great video. Thank you! FYI... you may want to put a link to your supplement in the show notes :)
This channel has helped me so much. Thank you
So happy to hear it!

What is the name of the formula that tastes better?

No, it is specifically deglyzzerinized (spelt wrong sorry) which means it does not increase blood pressure.
How much zinc do you recommend a day for gut related issues?
Blackcurrant/mixed dark berry powder?
Any suggestions for an 8 month long pressure headache from either EBV/Mast Cell activation?
Get a vitamin C IV. Headache will be gone before the IV is done, and the relief will last at least a week.
@@auntiebarnes I’ll try to find that. I live in a small village in S France where they still eat horse. But maybe in Paris when I go next month!
Do a low histamine and low fodmap diet
@@kevilinak I hope you find it! IV C knocks EBV down almost immediately. Life changing for me.
What if you have a histamine intolerance ?
Do low histamine, low fodmap diet and take probiotics pills. Probiotic foods are high histamine and should only b3 added when you are healed.
Low histamine diets and reducing histamine-releasing foods can be a huge help
