    I spent a small fortune on supplements; not one helped. My debilitating gut disorders all healed when I stopped eating carbohydrates. I am carnivore 6 yrs, and at age 66 take no pharma or supplements.

      Carbohydrate foods also have a lot of fiber. Fiber = indigestible polysaccharides = indigestible undefined number of different sugars, with no nutritional value
      Makes perfect sense that when you stop putting indigestible waste in your gut, the gut issues go away

    • @potamochere333
      @potamochere333 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Also, if you were to stop cooking your food and in that process destroying digestive enzymes and nutrients, your gut would get even better and you would be healthier and stronger.
      Namely raw egg yolks, raw muscle meats, raw organ meats (the king), raw milk and cheese etc. Is the only real food.

    This summer, I took a mix combining anti-inflammatory extracts of Fennel seeds, Licorice, and Chamomile. They reduced my gut sensitivity in two weeks and then I did not have to take it anymore, so real healing effect. Before that I was getting headaches after every meal.

    I've been taking zinc L carnosine, Aloe vera and many other things including L glutamine and I found the best for me was the L glutamine in the mornings, which is usually a 5g scoop and drinking 2tbs of ACV in 2 to 3oz of water with added cayenne pepper between my meal. It did the world of difference for me as I haven't felt this normal for almost over a year and a half. I used to suffer from debilitating cramps and gnawing back pain and upper chest on the right side.

Carnosine, Aloe Vera and Gluthamine are also known for thei gastric protective functions. You maybe could include there Sea Buckthorn, potent and rare Omega7 that also improves mucosal barrier.

    The supplement is a combo of lots of anti-inflammatories which will help while taking it. Whether it will heal a leaky gut is not clear. I've taken L-Glutamine as a gut anti-inflammatory and while it suppresses intestinal inflammation while I'm taking it, it didn't heal anything i.e. I have to keep taking it for the effect.

    Disappointed you've put stevia in this, as its bad for the gut.
    This is from PubMed: Stevia is generally considered safe; however, emerging scientific evidence has implicated the agent in gut microbial imbalance. In general, regulation of microbial behavior is known to depend highly on signaling molecules via quorum sensing (QS). pathways. This is also true for the gut microbial community which can be inhibited by stevia.

Reference Dr. Thomas Seyfried and Jane McLelland ( cured herself of stage 4 recurring cancer 3 times , wrote a book about the fuel pathways that cancer uses and how it can switch from one to any other. Glutamine pathway from proteins is one, fats and glucose pathways are the others. ).

      @RandomHuTaoSimp 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@theancientsancients1769 There is no point in fearing glutamine. Your body will always upregulate glutamine to be a certain level in your blood because your body can create glutamine. So whether you eat it or starve yourself, you will always have glutamine running through your bloodstream at a certain level. My advice to you is to eat super high quality, clean foods without chemicals. SO go for grass fed and finished meats only. And do things like exercise while fasted. That will supress blood glutamine. Try dry fasting as well, and cerules stem enhance ultra. Combine it all. the goal for cancer is to lower inflammation as much as possible. Because the lower your supress inflammation, the less your body will create un needed sugar through gluconeogenesis.
