Did you experience any banding with these lights and Sony
how to I speed sync it? can I use my westcott wireless flash transmitter?
If you are referring to high speed sync on the NEO 3, that is only possible by using the Elinchrom EL-Skyport HS transmitters.
but still, it's just an LED, so in the flash mode the power output should be the same as in continuous. And 5k lux is not much even for a still light, let alone flash, unless you're shooting super dark scene with open aperture or a close up.
