    In this video, we start by looking at the gases in the atmosphere today and the gases in the early atmosphere. We then look at the processes that took place leading to the current atmosphere.
    This video is based on the AQA spec. If you are following a different exam board then you should check your specification. The Amazon link above is an affiliate link. I am currently doing higher GCSE separate bio, chem and physics, and have learnt so much from your incredible videos- they are short, to-the-point, inciteful, and brilliant beyond words! I have decided to take Alevel physics next years and am really looking forward to it (thanks so much for inspiring me all throughout physics GCSE) but I am aware you do not offer Alevel videos for physics. Is there another channel you can recommend, similar to yours? Please let me know, and once again, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

      Its also important to do as many questions as the new gcses are asking questions where you have to show your understanding and not just give facts

    • @Freesciencelessons
      @Freesciencelessons  5 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      They use carbon dioxide to make their shell. When they die, the carbon is trapped in the shell rather than existing as carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.

    • @Freesciencelessons

      No it's correct. 1000 million is 1 billion. So the Earth is 4.6 billion years old.

      Volcanic activity is on the spec so that's the one that you're meant to know. However, they could give you information about a different theory and ask you questions on it to see if you can apply your knowledge.
