And maam can I loose weight without gym by doing excercises at home? And atleast how much time I have to excercise to loose weight. ?

      Thank you dear surely u can lose weight without gym I have done that in lockdown just follow diet and basic exercises I will come up with chloe ting workout I did at home video soon

    Mera weight deri se km ho rha h jese ded mhine me only 2 kg jbki ab mene 7 pm se phle khana start kr diya suger bnd kr di fir b meri body slow respond kr rhi hi y mem

      Ap Kuch time apna calorie kam kriye or ha slow chaba kr khaye khane ko 20 min lgaye
