After watching dr v's video , using essential oil for massage is like big no no and here another dr is demonstrating how to use essential oil in carrier oil for massage 😮 Umm would like to see dr v's reaction on this essential oil massage, she would be shock , she is all about nafe safe skin care In another video she was telling its f9 to use bleach under the eye , i have never seen any dermatologist telling that Who's r8 ? Can oils be put before taking the shower or after washing the face to continue with serum, moisturizer etc? I put it before washing then during the day when I feel is dry but I don’t know if that’s correct
Guys please don’t put directly essential oil on your skin you will ruin it like i did for me I can’t even use in dilute form if you have sensitive skin and it takes months around 5-6 months
