How to Make the Fluffiest Homemade Pancakes!
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup white granulated sugar
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
2 cups whole milk
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Makes: 10-12 pancakes

i assume i can use regular frying pan instead of electric griddle? I dont have electric griddle and i am ok with 1 or 2 pancakes at a time lol.

Yes a non-stick frying pan will still work, it may just take a little longer. This recipe makes 10-12 pancakes.
