Mixing with Meghan is a place to share my favorite recipes! Many recipes were taught to me by my family. Thank you to my Mom, Dad, Grandmom and Stepmom for teaching me how to cook and bake at an early age. Recently I have created my own recipes and love sharing them with you. I want my food to bring comfort and joy to my family and yours.
Mini Chocolate Chip Muffins
I was tired of my kids asking for the little bites mini muffins at the grocery store, so I decided to make my own.
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup whole milk plain Greek yogurt
⅓ cup maple syrup (or sugar)
¼ cup butter (melted and slightly cooled)
2 eggs (lightly beaten)
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
¾ cup mini chocolate chips
Non-stick cooking spray
Bake 375
10-12 minutes

This is a Simple French Toast Recipe. Ingredients: 2 large eggs 1/4 cup whole milk 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract Sliced bread. Any store-bought bread will work. I like to make my own homemade bread. Check out my recipe! i assume i can use regular frying pan instead of electric griddle? I dont have electric griddle and i am ok with 1 or 2 pancakes at a time lol.
Yes a non-stick frying pan will still work, it may just take a little longer. This recipe makes 10-12 pancakes.

This was a rookie mistake. The branches shluld have been trimmed off you can tell the direction in which it will fall by how heavy the branches are on one side
Yes, he did cut a few trees before but he really miscalculated ok this one and messed up. He started fixing the damage and thankfully he was able to fix the heat pump which would have been the most expensive of the damage.
