- In the fourteenth episode of "Assassin's Creed: The Real History" we look at the Renaissance man, Leonardo da Vinci.
This series will be a way for me to shed light on the real history behind characters and events that are showcased in the Assassin's Creed video game series. Throughout the video I will be comparing real historical moments to those represented in the selected game.

Those who do not know Da Vinci.. They need a history lesson desperately.
Raeyne Jaymeson seriously
Leonardo da Vinci was such an astonishing person, and these games did a great job making him so well liked and respected. You don't have to be a history enthusiast to know his name, and the creative freedom with his machines was such an amazing experience to play through.
Dude Latin was one of the things he didn't learn when he was young. All of his early scientific findings were in Italian. It became a major issue for him, the 'scientific' community didn't acknowledge his work for a long time because of it. He didn't even start learning advanced math or Latin until after he was 30. The reason science didn't get a 100 year boost from Leonardo was because they didn't take the guy seriously. They guy had sketches of a rudimentary robot, he was using scientific method before it became the norm... he had dozens of ideas for inventions or theories that panned out, that could have helped the world to be a better place years ahead of when it did. The whole irony of the man was he wasn't taken seriously as a scientist when he could have helped the world.... and it was because he didn't know Latin and didn't learn it well later on.
This is just /so cool/! I hope you continue with this series and have tons of success in your future. You deserve it. :)
Thank you so much for the kind words, I really appreciate the support. It's in reason of our great audience that I remain motivated to continue making more new episodes.

I love that you do this for the AC series, I do the same thing on my downtime, reading books about the historical figures. This is a neat idea you have here OnlineKnights, you should have more views. keep it up man! I will be watching them closely.
Yeah, when I've got some free time sometimes I just enjoy researching historical periods and learning as much as I can, concerning the people and events involved. For that reason, this series is ideal for me to make. I'm so glad you've enjoyed it so far. I hope you stick around for future episodes!

You should put more videos from ac chronicles china
they should have put a part in the game were he was accused of being gay like in real life
Allen Phillips they did. Seriously. How is it you don't know this
They did , at one point it was implied his assistant was his lover
If you look at his dialogue in 2 he would sometimes make slips when talking about other men like out of sexual tension.
In Brotherhood his assistance which in history was rumored to be his sugar baby existed accurately
I wise I was like him
I'm so proud of my best boi :'^
Catarina Sforza please!!! Oh and Robert De Sable.
Both are great suggestions. I will keep the two in mind for future videos. Thank you so much for your participation and interest in the series.
