Imagine the mindset of the people who spend their days defending this corrupt system and enforcing its bullying diktats on ordinary people, who are minding their own business and just want to get on with their lives in peace. They really must have a few screws loose.

They came to my house at 11pm and a guy banged on the door so loud the whole street would have heard it. I didn't respond being a vulnerable ill woman, frail on the scale of 5 by my nurse who visits me. He then proceeded to put a camera straight into my living room and shouted through the letterbox "I have taken a picture of you" I then later rang them and told them to stop harassing me, they would not listen and kept putting the phone down on me. I got another letter today, I still won't comply because I can't afford it!
He put a camera in your living room? How absolutely disgraceful! I would sue them for sure. Well done for not opening the door
@@deborahwyndham-lewis5188 Thank you for replying. My eye sight isn't that good! I have now installed a camera where I watch people coming and going. He scared me to death, took me ages to calm down and even scared my cat. If I catch them again I will sue them!

@@leelou36 I sent them a six page letter ( notice ) detailing their script and rebuttal using the law , asked about 20 questions, still no answer, gave a nonsense response rather than reply ( big difference) still trying to harass the situation, tone of the letter however was different ( lots and lots of threats in the first one) , ignored the notice as they are emailing and trying to call all the time, sent them a demanding letter asking them for contract and my signed agreement to the change of communications! Pointing out the malicious comms act !
@@davidfluffy34 All excellent...I would do the same but I have no one to back me up if they come calling with locksmiths, and my gas meter is on the front with no gates (driveway on to pavement)..so after seeing the bull with police in attendance i am too afraid...how much do they say you owe atm? if you don't mind me asking...
@@leelou36 they trying to enforce an inflated debt , they haven’t gone the meter route , also do your research, they never followed any rules or regulations, and avoid procedures, also you have to hit them first , asking questions ( plenty of information on here etc , also locksmith can only attend in and under EMERGENCY procedures, risk to life etc , if police show up and they aid them ( remember none of their paperwork is legal or legitimate to start ) look up the criminal and justice act 2015 sec 26
@@leelou36 I’ll also add they still have zero legal rights to come on to your property without your authority, it’s trespassing, if they don’t leave it’s aggravated trespassing, send them a notice that you are private and their ‘ implied ‘ right of access is revoked and they can come on to your property by appointment only

I had the council here a few months ago to install the new smokies and heat detectors,. I refused them because I know they are dangerous and do collect data. This was a choice but now so called mandartory. I taped it and it's on my channel if anyone wants to look I am in Scotland. The test bed for many things. I did miss out a few thigs but if anyone wants to add anything I could of said better or added, plz do. Thanks peace keepers another great video.

The very high compliance with the pointless mandates in response to the so-called pandemic is a very clear indication of that. Indeed, some of the most zealous advocates of the nonsense were those who believe themselves smarter than the rest of the population due to their university degrees.
However, conversely it was often the less indoctrinated by the ‘education’ system who intuitively rejected the mainstream media propaganda.

thats not a civil servant...its a paid telephone person at a private company...that gets righteous anger at them all day...with no laws backing up their bs

Brian, you make it sound so easy, but if you have had neurological probs in the past and depression making my mind not process properly then its hard, even though i know what i want to do... i cannot do it, i'm on my own and have no one to help me, so im forced to ignore everything which will make me easy pickings for the bailifs that come to my door, i cant even set my printer up, i just have to wait for my mind to start working again, although last time it took 4yrs to start working again, i hate being like this but there's nothing i can do about it at the moment which depresses me even more.

The only thing you missed was asking for a receipt number for fhecall plus the agent ID no.
And a point by point script and checklist.
Another way to deal with them is to say you’re allowing them time to type the information into your account. It’s only necessary to state that you’re requesting that they do so, and allow them to type. You can ask if they’re typing and to let you know when they’re ready for you to continue.
That way they have no excuse for not having the information on record.
This could be important because, due to GDPR, not everyone involved in the case will have access to the audio record. But everyone SHOULD have access to the written record.

Can I send this to Bailiffs regarding hmrc ...I never had any court date don't know what happened or when ?
Enforcement agents from who ? ..is this after a fake court judgement ? If anyone can argue this. Its Brian and Marc ..That women was nasty. Seemed like she enjoyed being horrible .
