I think, a nordic language would be better for the Nords and Forsworn and in the east of Skyrim it could be an Eastern Slavic language maybe (My personal preference), just because the nature over there looks like in Russia/Ukraine a lot. Bretons should speak Bretonic and not pure French. But I know it will not happen. No one will make a Bretonic language for a game. Even if it would be Gaelic, it would also be epic.
Need to check out the mod "Expansion of Staff Behavior-New Staff School Act 2- Duet." A mod that drastically changes how staves work in Skyrim, from altering how you cast spells to allowing you to alternate between staff magic and staff melee on the fly. It's somewhat like a MCO moveset mod for staves, but on a whole 'nother level. Absolutely mandatory for a staff playthrough. More importantly, this mod is criminally unheard of as literally no one talks about it, and no other mod does what it does to revamp the otherwise bland implementation of staves in Skyrim.
That sounds fantastic! I'll definitely have to try that one out. Thanks for posting.🥰 P.S. Just so you know, it's either _a whole other_ or _another._ _Another_ is a conjunction of _an_ and _other,_ meaning _"a other_ but when the next word does not start with a consonant, such as _a cat_ or _a truck,_ and instead is followed by a word starting with a vowel, such as _a orange_ or _a animal,_ to make the words easier to pronounce the word _an_ is used instead of _a._ Such as _an orange_ or _an animal._ Try saying them our loud and you can tell it makes sense for physically pronouncing the words. Or say things however you want, your choice.😊
Oof, that language mod will make me nerd out and share my thoughts. I’d like to put in my head canon that Skyrim is diverse when it comes to language. Haafingar language would be Frisian, Hjaalmarch language would be Dutch North east Skyrim would be mainland Scandinavian languages and their various dialects South Skyrim would be German and its various dialects Native Reach will be Scots Gaelic The court language so that these groups will easily communicate to each other is Icelandic or Old Norse
It was amusing to me when you spoke about being in the dungeon on the way to get the Dawnbreaker sword. When I was recently downloading mods and playing a bit of game to make sure everything was still running OK, I had two players on the go. Using the Alternative start to the game, one was left stranded on a ship while the other was a vampire's thrall. But it was the one on the ship that found Meridia's Beacon. It somewhere up on the northern coast in some small dungeon. That was the first time I'd found Meridia's Beacon for years. In fact, I can't remember the last time I did find it. As for that mod that randomly puts you _"somewhere"_ when you go through a door. That would do my head in. But I liked the idea of the one that has the 50 challenging stages to go through.
Love the language mod. Did End Times...never again 😂 it was fun but stressful. Definitely goimg to try the others, just for a change of pace. Great video as always 👍🏻👍🏻
Draugnarok can make for a fun survival game if you turn it on at the beginning or early in a playthrough with endless invasions turned on. Your pc will need to be able to handle the high spawn rates and I dont recommend going near any of the border gates due to an insane build up, but it is fun for a change of pace.
Good content as always :D!! I remember you said you use Gamepad to play Skyrim, recently I bought one but I'm quite confused about the hotkey setup... It would be so good if you could make one video about your setup?? :3
I like the languages mod. I'd set the subtitles to show the spoken language rather than english though. Also, that one forsworn was speaking German, however I think they should actually speak ghàdhlig from a thematic pov.
Hi thanks greatly appreciated! the sword is gladius from the Christine dragon gladiator armor pack. Although I'm sure there are other mods with a gladius style sword aswell

I can recommend the "Bethesda randomly updates the game" mod as well. It changes the game in a way so that you aren't able to play it anymore! :O

Seems like perhaps the Bretons should speak French. And the forsworn, being a sort of combination of Nord and Breton, should speak English. lols

Thought the orc one was going to be a joke but that sounds Fire
"the nords speak german"
nords: "ermm excuse me, we speak something else"
"forsworn speak french"
I never knew french would sound so germanic
Use the movement animation from two-handed high stance by Verolevi for the twin blades it might look better.
That was definitely not French being spoken by the foresworn there.
i am still hoping mod authors expand on the rabbit hole, like putting new bosses and new armors or more levels
requiem...
