You dropped in with pros but did the thing a nonpro would do. Loaded the SEAF Artillery before assessing and carrying every shell that's worth using to see what is available. Never load the SEAF until you know what is available. Some people actually use it and what shells are in it makes a huge difference. Especially when stratagems are jammed since the SEAF Artillery still works. Still though just have fun. A little pro-tip for those that don't know. During extraction throw supplies and stratagems outside the circle landing zone the drop ship lands in. That way they won't retract and will stay on the field even after the dropship lands. Especially supplies.
