Thank you for the recipe! I’m not sure if you know this tip; but an easier and cleaner way to load your piping bag is to sit the bag in a cup, tip first. Then open the bag over the sides of the cup, Pull them down until you are closer to the tip end of the bag. Fill your bag. Then just pull the sides of the bag up off the outside. I hope this makes sense lol.
Thank you, your are amazing at what you do. I have a suggestion, mix all the ingredients in a plastic ziplock bag. You can either put the tip on that or slip it in your piping bag. Easier clean up
Oooohhhhh!!!! Terrific!!! Can I make a suggestion? A silicone spatula or scraper like used in the kitchen will make getting all of your paste out of the bowl.
Thank you for the recipe! Have you tried lightweight spackling? It works very well for exactly this. I like it because it comes out pink, and turns white as it dries, so you know when it's dry :-)
Great recipe from the looks of it. 👌👌👌 I can’t find that exact patch paste though. Is there some special quality I need to make sure the plaster I find also have or is it just wall patching paste in general that does the job?
Hi Steve, I would just like to say a very big thank you your Inspiration for crafty things just keep getting better & better 👍 good on you ✨ Steve, If you pipe your sculpting paste onto a Silicon mat would that make It easier to remove your work ✨❤️👍
I decorated cakes many years ago and I will say it is a skill set that takes some practice.... this looks like it will take a bit to get the results you are trying to get. We would just put it on the board and scrape it off until we learned to do the different designs. Can't wait to get started on this. It looks like so much fun. Once it's fully dry I would think that you could make a mold of it and then use the design to make with resin.... Is that possible?? Love to the family and fur babies 💞 Stay safe, you do you, and stay crafty 👍👍🛎️🔔🦋🦋
Like the results but I'm confused. You said the ratio was 50% water, 25% paint and 25% glue which should mean 6 shot glasses water, 3 of paint and 3 of glue but you only used one and a half of paint. Can you verify which ratio is correct please?
Thank you so much. This is exactly what I needed for a project I want to finish. So many fails... And as Always... You answered questions I did not ask. You are awesome!
Hi Steve! Have you tried to combine resin and concrete in the same mold? Half and half… Letting one set before you pore the next, is it possible you think?
Tip put your piping bag in a jar with bag pulled out over rim. Now scoop the mix into the bag. When you pull the bag ends up, all the goop is down at the nozzle rather than all over the bag and wasted. (That's what decorators do).
Steve, could you also say: 6oz Water 3oz Acrylic paint 3oz White glue Enough powdered plaster to make pate so you can put in piping bag to make designs ??? Does that make sense? 🥺🥴❤️🙏💯

The powder is just a bulking agent. You can use talcum powder (baby powder) instead.
@@HO-bndk oh, ok. Thanks. 👍

Steve ... thanks is it or cn it be waterproof please ? I want to cover an armature with it x
Hi Steve, could you use this to shape a mould or would it react to the resin? Thank you, great idea as usual. 😊😊
What is joint compund?
How do you clean out the bag, piping tip & coupler?
I cleaned it out in soapy water, came up lovely
Great video. Can I ask what joint compound is ? I’m in Australia 🇦🇺

Hi Steve! Have you tried to combine resin and concrete in the same mold? Half and half… Letting one set before you pore the next, is it possible you think?
It is possible. I've seen another TH-camr use a faceted diamond mold with cement first then topped with resin to make pendants.
Pot folosi pe pînză pasta

How come you don’t pip that on wax paper that works very well and I love your ideas ❤❤❤
I will try that. 😀
