I’m starting to think track all access has the script
The unnamed woman in black who runs step-for-step with Elle throughout the workout is now-World Indoors bronze medalist Emily Mackay.
Does the fact she is never mentioned by name in this video proof that Track: All Access doesn’t have the script, or was it an Easter egg all along?

Producing 2 career best performances on a return to the track after giving birth in the indoor Mile (NR/AR/#3 all-time) & 3K (PB/#8 all-time) is very impressive & bodes well for the Olympic 1500m Trials in the summer which will be 🔥

Another awesome video! If possible, the viewers would love to see info on how the coach comes up with the paces. I’m assuming it’s a VO2 Max workout based on the pace & rest time but with some of the other videos it’s harder to know what the workout is targeting or how the pace was calculated.

You have to think these women are capable of well under 9 even sub 8:30 for 3k. So this is not Vo2 max. Also they’re at altitude thus the longer breaks.
@@KingSkippyit would probably be about VO2 max at that altitude, given the volume of oxygen available is lower

Sorry, it’s not just what you do leading up to an important race that is most important, but what you do in the months and years prior. Speed is easy to develop. Raw strength takes time.

If by something isn’t right you mean the Ethiopians are all taking drugs then…. I completely agree. I hope it’s not the case for faith but I think as more and more Kenyan men are caught out well keep seeing the same with the women. Even with shoes it seems like Olympic gold time should be 355/356 and ESP should be right there battling Muir for gold
