These 2 are gold. I think alot of bang for buck. I already started back ext, but I really want to add in those cable cycles. Another thing that has really helped my hip position (and hollowing of core) is adding in leg raises with back ext.
Yeah the cable cycles is a must try for hip flexion and also work hip extensions, since it’s hard to find hip extensions marching at the gym, I like leg raise for core and hip strengthening too, now you motivate me to do more, Thanks for sharing what's helped you.
I use to when I was doing a lot of long endurance training, now I’m Sprinting doing Nordic would be unnecessary volumes, since sprinting is a series of fast nordic curls
I can't say for sure, but I definitely feel the difference when I run. My top speed is better, my hips move more smoothly, and I haven't had any more hamstring injuries since I started doing it- most hamstrings injuries are due to bad hips.
For the back extension I did 3x25 with rest build them lower Back, Glute, Hamstrings even calf will be burning. Cable hip cycle I did 3x15, Sometimes 2x25 challenging my lower core more.
I'm a track and field athlete, and I love your videos. Keep up with the good work brother

Do you do Nordic curls and reverse Nordic curls?

Did that hip flexor work lead to a measurable gain on the track?

How many sets and reps for each one?
