For those who want to NOT waste your time. Learn a martial art that actually holds their weight in a real fight like Brazilian Jiu Jutsu.
Every time an MMA fighter fights a “Kung Fu Master,” that “‘master” gets their ass kicked.

MMA fighters are mixes of everything, pure BJJ guys get their asses kicked constantly in MMA. What happened when Roger Gracie fought in the UFC?
Zabit and Muslim Salikhov are both top UFC contenders and both are Kungfu guys by the way. Don't believe the hype when people call themselves "kungfu masters". The real Kungfu guys handle business without stressing about who calls them "master".

You think that's a coincidence that McDojo sports like Kung Fu and Karate are never included?
I mean for crying out loud. A FAIRLY SHITTY mma fighter in China kicked the shit out of one of the most prolific Kung Fu "masters" on earth. The Chinese government even black listed him for that and made him paint his face.
Kung Fu, Karate, these are martial arts that rarely get practiced with full force, so they rarely know how to behave when in a real fight.
While something like BJJ or Judo can go full force every lesson, consistently.
You want to practice your old man sports like Kung Fu or Tai Chi... go for it. But to pretend that it's effective against any real fighters is hilarious.

Reminds me of how Red Dead 2 had a lot of things that were so immersive, they became slightly annoying from a gameplay standpoint. I took martial arts for years, so the patient aggression, the hiding of visual cues, the need to learn on the fly and sometimes the hard way are all realistic aspects, that i can see being annoying to some from a gameplay perspective. Frankly, I want to play this game more knowing that. lol

I think it is a great game that is far too little. There are just 5 levels and it costs 40 euros and while I enjoyed it, it was impossible to get out of mind the suspision that this system is designed to pad out a game that is far too short. Either it needs to be less expensive or add some challenge or arena mode so I get to enjoy some raw gameplay without just replaying levels I have played so many times already. And damn this needs some training mode where you can spawn enemies and bosses you have beaten to train fighting them. So my advice is wait for sale/for some content updates.

Doesn’t like Sekiro?! That’s surprising. I also didn’t like it until I understood that I needed to play it the way it’s supposed to be played and not souls. Def gotta check out Sifu. TOO MANY good games.

What i see from people they cried for a easy mode on sekiro wanted a easy mode for Elden Ring. I haven't seen anyone ask for a easy mode for Sifú. This is a classic case of Git Gud!😆

Hey guys does anyone know of a good playstation centered news channel thats the same quality as mattyplays or close to it?
Matty is my only real video game news source because of how comprehensive, non biased, and trustworthy the coverage is. no wild speculaton, and hes pulling info across twitter and job listings and other places i'd never know to look along with his own sources, etc. So im looking for similar coverage on that front but for playstation and maybe nintendo stuff

I would get this but the difficulty will not let me. Sekiro was a title that almost aged me 20 years and I just cant do that again. Also Absolver sucked

The camera angle isn't out of your control, I feel like it's part of the game play. You need to know, and understand your surroundings. Like in martial arts.

As someone who loved Demons/Dark Souls, Bloodborne, Sekiro, and Nioh 1/2...this game sounds frustrating. That age mechanic sounds like anti-fun if I ever heard it. But then again, I love Yakuza and Sleeping dogs as I find hand to hand combat brilliant. Hhmmm, I love the challenge though and 10hrs sounds reasonable. Will try on sale most likely.

The pair right before the second boss needs some balancing… the male. His I-frames make him feel cheap. He punches right through your dodge counter. I pass the level, but steals some years every time.
