Just seen that you didn’t have UK chargers did you import the Xiaomi 14 Ultra? If so are you using the Chinese ROM?
I think that the 14U is made with aluminum alloy. There is version called 14U titanium edition.

How is the desktop wobble of each?
The square camera module of the 14 looks to cover just more than half the width of the back.
And the ultra's round module appears to be perfectly centered.
How does HyperOS compare to MIUI?
Do you have the settings shortcut in the top right when dragging down the notification bar?
I see you using a settings shortcut on the homescreen
You still have a settings shortcut when dragging the notifications bar from the upper right side, it's just not at the same spot
10:03 and 10:07 Why 14 ultra has less bokeh then 14? Considering its hardware shouldn't it be reverse?
That's one of the reasons why I wouldn't mind getting the xiaomi because of the camera kit

Very good video , but Xiaomi has big issues with xiaomi 14 series, nobody writes about it, its problem with cameras, in slightly colder weather, the camera becomes foggy, many users have this problem and feel cheated, xiaomi said that this is a normal phenomenon, however, this is not true.
They say that if you remove the sim for some minutes it fix this, because it gets in the cold air. I don't know if it works forever.
Unfortunately a problem, but it is found on the base model only
@@theedcx Nope, Ultra is also affected and there are many videos and posts about that. Regular version is simply more popular (because less expensive)

I've been using the Mi 11 since Jan 2022, rocking an epic 6.81" display, for a non-pro/ultra model.
Anything (everything) else just feels small.
The 14U is so expensive, but the regular 14 seems so dinky.
looks ok..mind you you would not carry the camera add on ...unless going out specially to use it...and most photo you take on the fly...i know i would not use it

Mate. I see you didn't talk about the software that drives that machine. Other reviewers pointed out that Xiaomi is not very good about their software upgrade. At that price I want to see at least 3 to 5 years of OS security upgrade. Also, when I went to order it on the UK site using my Google account, I was advised by Google that Xiaomi was trying to get my entire contact list. Why is that mate? Wouldn't PRO review cover this point too mate?
Xiaomi offers 4yrs major OS updates and 5years security updates

Someone needs to make a video ONLY about the "AI Upscaling" in the camera. How good it is and in what situations.
I feel that this can be the next "big" thing to become standard in phones, and sooner than later.
The rattling sound that comes feom camera module is of OIS.
S23U does rattle as well.
I'm from the USA I live in the state of New York upstate New York. Not New York City thank God. But we don't get the xiaomi phones in America unfortunately because I'm a big fan of them
The only Chinese phone brand I can say has good phones along with oppo

I got the Xiaomi 14, should i go for the !4 ultra, do i get a better image quality, if i switch...? could anyone enlighten me?
I feel the screen and fonts a bit small because my previous phone was a 6.7" phone, this seems a little one. So my heart is still not filled with the Xiaomi 14...
I feel you. I first bought the Xiaomi 14 but got a chance to buy the Ultra locally so I did and I have both now but will sell the regular 14. The camera is a pretty big upgrade from regular 14. Better sensor on main (variable aperture also) and 3.2x. The 3.2x performs noticeably better on Ultra and looks good all the way up to 5x when the other tele takes over. Both tele have macro capabilities. The Ultra is just so much more fun to take photos with. Screen is also better on Ultra it has more of that flagship luster to it and its colors.

Are you simple? Any phone that has OIS will "rattle" when you shake it. It’s a moving part so it’s basically floating when you’re not using it. When you shake the phone you make it move inside the camera, thus the "rattling".

The Periscope camera on it is ass. I use a s22 ultra and it better than that camera that's kind of surprising since my phone is 2 years old.
