    HYDERABADI HANDI WRITTEN RECIPE :
    Ingredients :
    Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
    Oil ½ cup
    Butter 1 ounce
    For onion paste ingredients:
    Onion boiled 2
    salt 1 tsp
    chili powder 1 tsp
    turmeric a pinch
    Ingredients for tempering:
    Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
    White cumin whole 1 tsp
    Curry leaves 20
    Nigella seed ½ tsp
    Green chilies chopped 3
    Other Ingredients :
    Tomatoes blended 3
    Yogurt ½ cup
    Salt 1 tsp
    Chili powder 1 tsp
    Allspice ½ tsp
    Crushed cumin ½ tsp
    Crushed coriander ½ tsp
    Cream 3 tbsp
    Coconut roasted & grind 1 tbsp
    Sesame seeds roasted & grind 1 tsp
    Peanuts roasted & ground 1 tbsp
    Coriander leaves chopped 3 tbsp
    METHOD :
    Boil onion mixture with water, salt, chili powder, and haldi, then blend and keep aside. Heat oil in a handi, add baghar ingredients, when light golden add onion paste, fry well, add chicken with all the seasonings, blended tomatoes, yogurt, lastly add the roasted grounded masala with cream, leave it on dum, serve garnished with green chilies and coriander leaves, serve with nan or paratha.
    BISCUIT TRIFLE WRITTEN RECIPE :
    Ingredients :
    biscuits 1 packet 200 gm
    Strawberry jelly 1 packet
    Pineapple 1 tin
    Flake almonds 3 tbsp
    Whipped cream for topping
    Ingredients for Vanilla Cream :
    Milk 3 ½ cups
    Sugar 8 tbsp
    Corn flour 3 tbsp
    Cream ½ cup
    Egg yolks 2
    Vanilla ½ tsp
    METHOD :
    Make vanilla cream by heating 3 cups milk, mix egg yolks, sugar, corn flour, and ½ cup milk, remove milk from fire, add the yolk mixture stirring continuously, put it back on low flame, cook stirring till thick, remove and cool completely, add in vanilla and cream.
    TO ASSEMBLE :
    In a rectangular dish arrange a layer of biscuits, top with pineapple cubes, strawberry jelly, flake almonds, vanilla cream, repeat layers, decorate top with fresh cream, roasted almonds, and candy sprinkles.
