    PINEAPPLE TOFFEE TRIFLE WRITTEN RECIPE :
    Ingredients for Pineapple Layer :
    Pineapple frozen 1 can
    Pineapple juice ½ cup
    Vanilla ice cream ½ litre
    Coconut cream powder 4 tbsp
    Cream cheese ¼ cup
    Pineapple essence few drops
    Condensed milk 4 tbsp
    Whipped cream 1 ½ cup
    Ingredients for Assembling :
    Marie biscuits crumbs ½ cup
    Pineapple Juice 1 tin
    Walnuts chopped as required
    Butterscotch sauce as required
    Chopped chocolate bar as required
    Glazed cherries for decoration
    Pineapple chunks for decoration
    Ingredients for Butterscotch Sauce :
    Butter 2 ounce
    Cream ½ cup
    Condensed milk ¼ cup
    Brown sugar ½ cup
    Liquid glucose 1 tbsp
    Salt ¼ tsp
    Butterscotch essence few drops
    Milk if required
    METHOD FOR BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE :
    Heat butter in a saucepan., add in all the ingredients for the sauce and cook on low flame stirring continuously, when the sauce begins to thicken, remove from heat, if required add milk.
    METHOD :
    Blend pineapple crushed by blending all the ingredients in a blender except the whipped cream, pour the mixture into a bowl, fold in whipped cream, fill in a piping bag, put a layer of crushed biscuits in the base of shot glasses, next drizzle syrup from pineapple can on biscuits, then add layer of butterscotch sauce, some chunks of chopped Twix, pipe out a layer of pineapple crushed, drizzle some butterscotch sauce on top, decorate with walnuts and pineapple chunks.
    CHILI CHICKEN POCKETS WRITTEN RECIPE :
    Ingredients :
    Butter 1 tbsp
    Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
    Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
    Chili flakes 1 tsp
    Ingredients for Chicken Filling :
    Butter 1 tbsp
    Oil 3 tbsp
    Onion chopped 1
    Spring onions chopped 3 tbsp
    Boiled shredded chicken 1 cup
    Chopped green chilies 1 tbsp
    Milk 1 cup
    Chopped garlic 1 tsp
    Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
    Garlic powder ½ tsp
    Salt ½ tsp
    Black pepper ¼ tsp
    Soya sauce 1 tbsp
    Mayonnaise ¼ cup
    Coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp
    Chili sauce 2 tbsp
    Ingredients to Make Bread Pockets :
    Bread slices 16
    Eggs beat 2
    Ingredients to Assemble :
    Salad leaves as required
    METHOD :
    Roll out 2 bread slices one over the other, thin, then cut out the edges, dip the bread in eggs, coat in crumbs, and deep fry. Heat oil and butter in a pan, saute onions, spring onions, and chicken, add milk and garlic, add the rest of the ingredients, cut each fried bread from the center into halves and a pocket inside, put a lettuce leaf, fill with the stuffing, serve hot.
