I am very proud that I am half Turkish from my mother side. This is the best food that you can eat and you will never ever get sick in Turkey. Food is excellent and safe and very clean unlike other countries and it’s not even expensive. the prices are quite reasonable for everyone can afford to eat and have a nice meal .Greetings from Montreal Canada.

Can anyone tell me what the making at 48:00 please ? I watched making that thick pasta but I could not guess at all what it was ?
It called "çiğköfte" means "raw meatball". Old times includes, Real raw meat, semolina, tomato and pepper paste, olive oil, walnut, different kind of herbs, water with serving pomegranate syrup and lemon inside of soft and thin bread. Recently raw meat is forbidden because of food poisoning threat. Means this is vegan food.
