    MEETHI BENGALI DAHI
    Ingredients
    Milk 1 liter
    Yogurt ¼ kg
    Green Cardamom ½ tsp
    Saffron ½ tsp
    Nutmeg ¼ tsp
    Condensed milk ¾ tin
    Milk powder 3 tbsp
    METHOD
    Warm milk, add condensed milk, green cardamom, and saffron, cool mixture, add milk powder and whipped yogurt, bake on 180 D for 35 mins, cool refrigerate for 24 hours then serve.

    WHITE CHICKEN ROAST
    Ingredients
    Chicken 1 kg
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Salt 1 ½ tsp
    Coriander powder 1 tsp
    Almonds blanched and grounded 2 tbsp
    All spice Powder ½ tsp
    Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
    Yogurt 1 ½ cup
    Green chilies grinded 6
    White cumin whole 1 tsp
    Onions grated or grounded 2
    Oil ½ cup
    Small tomatoes 2 cut into fours
    Coconut milk ½ cup
    Coriander leaves as required
    Boiled eggs to serve
    METHOD
    Marinate chicken with yogurt, almonds, all the spices, keep aside for 1 hour. Heat oil, fry grounded onions for 5-7 mins, add marinated chicken, fry well, cook on medium heat till chicken tender, if required add ½ cup water. Lastly add coconut milk and tomato pieces, serve with boiled egg and coriander leaves.

    TANDOORI CHICKEN WITH A TWIST
    Ingredients
    Chicken 1 kg 8 pcs
    Hung curd 1 cup
    Cumin powder 1 tsp
    Coriander powder 1 tsp
    Chili powder 1 tsp
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Dried fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Butter 4 ounce
    Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
    Dill finely chopped 2 tbsp
    Sugar 2 tbsp
    Chili powder 1 tsp
    Tandoori masala 1 tbsp
    METHOD
    Give cuts on chicken pieces, beat yogurt, add the rest of your ingredients except butter, marinate chicken for at least 45 hours, take out chicken from marinade and put it to cook in oven with butter, serve with sweet plum sauce.
    INGREDIENTS AND METHOD FOR PLUM SAUCE
    Plums 125 gm
    Salt a pinch
    Coriander leaves as required
    Sugar ½ tsp
    Red chili powder ½ tsp
    Wash 125 gm plums, cook in very little waster with pinch of salt till very salt, remove the pits, finely chop the coriander leaves and add to the plum puree along with sugar, chili powder and salt, cook till thick, remove and cool, serve with chicken.
