Most definitely. I hiked up to the head of the creek last august.. Uphill and downhill the entire time, good work out but worth it. still had 3-4 foot snow in the trees too! (hard pack)
Walt - Where do you think he is that it wouldn't open till August 1? I believe the Naches opens on July 1, and as for it being on a patented claim, I think there's only one or two claims up in that area, so its not likely. Shoot me a message of where you think he is, because I think I've been round there too.
Anthony, Well sorry to miss you comments before. I'd sure be happy to let you in on some of the areas, info, and things. Me and my two other partners have found. Go on and message me if you like. I also know some other people that are looken to head up that way and try there luck out with there dredges, this opening. It would great to see two or three dredges working along a good area of ground. We all could share ideas, talk, eat good food, and have a great time of it. I had talked to one of the fish and wild life offices a while back, and he said I could get a permit for dredging an area that is closed to dredging. It is well known and would be a very good piece of river to work, for sure! Ok, got to go. Best of luck in your prospecting.
Hello Anthony B. how about we get together and compare notes as to where we think he is working. Maybe we can find the mother lobe and have a ball, buy you a cold one?
Your a lucky man to have your family with you and looking for gold WOW God Bless
