Cooking Razor Clams

My loving wife is frying some of the razor clams that we got at gray land beach, WA. I love these things, they taste great. But it is even better with my wife's sea food dip, sour, salt, and little spicy dipping sauce.

Good Video, Here in Florida WE have a Clam Called The Sun Ray its a Little bigger the Razor clam and its good eating too.

You'd get better results if you bread the clams and refrigerate them for at least an hour before cooking--the breading and egg will not fall off that way

I told the wife we have to try this for sure. We have relatives who live at Newman Lake. I was wondering if you have tried the American as well as the Naches river above the American?
