I do not work at pita pit, I never wanted to work at pita pit, but I just watched a 10 minute training video and am now ready for full career at pita pit thanks to this man, legend.
I hope this guy got promoted to a regional or national trainer or something. He’s skilled not just in making the pita but also in customer service and customer care. Companies need to recognise valuable employees like this.
OMGOODNESS!!! I just finished making my homemade pita this way and now I won't do it any other way, it is amazing!!!! I steamed my pita In the microwave with wet paper towels, I used Hummus then added tomatoes, cucumbers & pickled cucumbers, pickled red onions, Kalamata, feta, chicken, Tzatziki and topprd with horseradish sauce! I so wish I had lettuce at home for that extra crunch but this wrap was amazing and did not fall apart thank you!
I have never desired a job at pita pit...until right now!!! I will totally be watching for bear paw at my next PP visit (in Canada, but I hope they follow the same rules!)
Great video! I have everything I need to make the perfect Falafel Pita tomorrow,, I'm so excited! Really helpful, thank you.The schug sauce you guys have is wonderful too, I'll make that fresh next time 🙏
Really great video. I was wondering myself as a marketing expert how long it will take until someone tries to make a competitive venue out of this concept. The video and host is quality for sure. You have a lovely product right there. Watching this as I was just enjoying a homemade filled-up pita myself. Really love Greek cuisine. That's my hunger though. I went with a pretty simple solution this time. Marinated chicken pieces. Teriyaki seasoning with a gentle touch of salt, chili, and pepper. A filler made of cooked tomato, olive, garlic, onion, jalapeno mix with some gentle touch of seasoning here and there. Cooked on olive oil. Took my pita and toasted it right away before filling it up. Kept it inside for as long as it needed so it gets a little crispy and "black" on the surface. Filled it up. Added a little touch of herbs and a homemade "hummus" + chili/bbq sauce and heaven on earth became a reality. Love your marketing content keep it coming I might learn a thing or two! :-D Lovely really. That's where it's at. Quality product, quality people doing the job, quality customer service, and a product you serve your customers that is made fresh out of high-quality ingredients. Wish you good luck and I hope you succeed on the market!
When I ask for Guacamole at Chipotle..... the lady screams from behind the counter... THATS AN EXTRA $1.25!!!!!!! Yeah... I can float #1.25... I got you...
Enjoyed the lunch served at my place of employment recently from The Pita Pit I chose the Hummus Pit since it was recommended and I love Hummus the Pita was delicious. I plan to visit The Pita Pit ❤
Hey just wondering if you can tell me what’s the best way to softened the store bought pita at home cause I don’t have pita pit so close to me unfortunately it’s a ways away n I love pita pit thanks
This looks like the Gainesville location that used to be open! Unless they're just really good at making their stores all look alike lol. Sad it closed!
Yeah that is exactly how it's done in any kitchen I've worked in the last 15 years. A thorough sweeping and mopping, a minimum of 3 a day, will take care of the rest.
I set my oven to 400 and toss in a few pitas and gently spray with a spray bottle(water). After about 3 minutes the Pita will come to life, this works with Naan bread as well.
No shade but middle manager guys like this who are fully obsessed with mediocre jobs are the reason others hate entry jobs like this. He takes this wayyyy too serious
Also most people making these at home don’t have a steamer machine which is literally the most important part of the entire process.. might have been nice to give alternatives on how to replicate that process
Pita pit is cheap as fuck. Tiny ass pita for $10+. My local pita spot makes em the size of footballs for $8. Probably triple what you get from pita pit
Fast food, junk food is NOT an art form no matter how you build it.Subway in a pita. Move it on down the line. Chips and a Coke with that? Be careful that minimum wage trainee is watching you! Oh yeah, sweep the leftovers on the floor for the rats.

@@immortalhygiene Pita came out of Greece, or not?
The background music was a tad distracting, but this is still the best corporate training video I've ever seen. Informative and not cringe. 10/10

Thank you for all your tipps
I love it! thanks a lot for the training man!
What Pitas are they using? Can I buy any pita bread and just cut a slit in in to creat the pocket or are they special pitas for their franchise?
I am curious to know as well what kind of Pita Bread to use.
Exactly what I needed. But would use a plate or some tissue under the pita. Dragging it all along the table doesn't seem hygienic.
It’s actually just a very long chopping board
@@summersharon7852 Oh, got it!

The pita bread they use, is actual pita bread? It looks more like a round stuffable lavish bread judging by how thin it is? Just wondering, thanks!
"Right in the Power Zone" ......Hell Yeah
My supervisor sent this to our work group chat despite us not having any new employees and us all knowing how to make a pita…

Can you put the bread in the microwave to steam or where can you purchase that steamer. What is it called?
