Here he is! Another falafel place to visit in London. Sending a big smile and keep up with the great videos. It was a pleasure to meet you in person at the Veg fest in London last week. I'm Guilherme the guy from Brazil you met while shooting the mushroom snack at the Caribbean stall. Hope to see you again! All the best
Thank you Brother, yes another great falafel place to visit. Big smile back to you. It was also my pleasure to meet & chat with you; a long time subsciber (thank you for recognizing me). I took a portion of the mushrooms home and they were delicious (btw the mushrooms were not that hot, it was the red chilli sauce which was extra hot). I'm sure our paths will cross again. Also, good luck in your new job... Best wishes.
Small, gentle and clean. This guy has the tranquility and knows the secret of life. Making some people happy throughout the day by selling some simple self made sandwiches to then go home and sleep like a happy angel
Could you please list name of ingredients & spices he added, some names weren’t clear, I understand one of them is his secret one but the rest and thank you for the video.

I've been here by accident a few times on my way to meetings and starving - the gentleman serving is so humble, the food amazing and caters for everything I ask. Highly recommended 10/10
We have dozens of imbiss where you get falafel sandwich but no one does it better than these small cabin kitchens with lovely hand crafted goodness. Honest and healthy ingredients. 5 quids is the fairest price both not to high and not to low. Here in Germany we also have a few of guys like him. One is even called Mr. Falafel xD
Such cleanliness, quality ingredients and care. Everything made on such a small scale just like home cooking. Amazing to see, i will definitely visit if anywhere close.
What he says his secret spice is just zaatar, or Aleppo thyme mix. Very common in Lebanon and Syria, it's a mix of dried thyme leaves, sumac, coriander, sesame seeds, cumin, and some have ground nuts/seeds such as peanut, pistachio or sunflower seed
It's amazing how food bring people together. It's perhaps the strongest bond between culture, because it transcends language. Everyone understands the love of quality cooking and good food.
Your channel is awesome mate!! Keep on promoting humble places like this in London. Honestly I was expecting a price of £9 for a falafel wrap of this quality. Wishing the owner of the shop much success in the future! Bless
Thank you for including the ingredients! In a couple of weeks I’m trying my hand at Falafel and this recipe will be the first one I try! I love these wraps….
Many people try to make an economical kind of wrap , so they dont add all the goodness this chef has added....a fully loaded falafel wrap. The first falafel wrap I ate was filled with shredded cabbages and was disgusting and my daughter was seriously sick by the time we got home ! This looks like the real deal !
As you said I totally agree with you. He has made this falafel sandwich absolutely delicious.. I enjoyed your vlogs on food. The person refused to disclose the masala, it is nothing but coriander powder, cumin powder that's all. Please keep it up....🌷🌺🌹🏵️
Too good. In India we eat the fried stuff directly. It's called as Dal Wada. But this man has put up a wonderful flavor with all those creams, together. God bless him
There used to be a Lebanese Kebab place up the road opposite Archway tube but it closed about a year ago 😞 Had the falafel from here last Saturday and it was good! Definitely recommended.
I'm really pleased to read that you got a chance to try the falafel here, the owner is a nice man too. Always sad to hear of any independent (especially food) shops that close down, (opposite Archway Station, many years ago there used to be a cafe/restaurant called Archgate, i used to go out of my way for their Mezze platter, when it closed it felt like someone had died)...
Lol. Joining "the Dinner Party to say the same. You could start by cater small events for friends and get the word out. As you grow, phase out of the day job and eventually, there you'll be !!! Best wishes

Highly likely that the following dry spice powders mix was used:
Coriander Powder, Allspice, Marjoram, Basil Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Caraway Seeds, Fennel, Cumin, Cinnamon

In Lebanon it's also often made using a mix of chickpeas and fava beans, basically a mix between Levantine and Egyptian falafel.
