- Welcome to the 10 Day MOVE challenge!
Join me for just 10 minutes each day, exploring different types of movement through HIIT workouts and Pilates. This challenge is designed to reignite a love of movement, through short, accessible and achievable classes each day. All you’ll need is a light set of dumbbells (i use 3kg).
DAY 1 - Full Body bodyweight workout
DAY 2 - Pilates Core and Glutes
DAY 3 - Balance Improving Workout
DAY 4 - Lower Body workout (dumbbell’s optional)
DAY 5 - Upper Body Dumbbell Workout (seated or standing)
DAY 6 - Mobility Flow
DAY 7 - HIIT Core and Cardio
DAY 8 - Pilates Total Glutes
DAY 9 - Pilates Total Core
DAY 10 - Full Body Dumbbell Workout
Love it? At the end of the challenge take 1 day off and repeat the program again to make a 21 day challenge and really set in stone your new habits.

Ashley, I don't know how I started with Day 10; I was searching whole-body workout with weights. Just finished this workout. Now, I'm hooked. I want to go back and start with Day 1, obviously. I loved this 6-8 weeks postpartum. really great motivation to do a little something and maybe more. it took me 2 weeks to do it but I did it and am back in full love with working out. Have to get stronger to keep up with swiftly growing boy! Thanks Ash! You are FIRE!
Started with this one (without knowing it was a 10 day challenge), i needed a quick full body to get back into workouts as I’m now recovering from a slipped disk injury. This was perfect intensity and perfect vibe to get back into being active - thank you Ashley! Will come back for more!

Woop woop, done! I loved each day but today was my favourite due to the selection of exercises. Bent leg deadlifts are my all time favourite exercise! Thanks Ash, it's given me the fire in the belly to get extremely strong again! 💪💜

Thank you for the great experience of this Challenge! And most of it to make me realise that good exersice doesn’t need much time. That is a greatfull thing with little kids running around. I hope you continue make new 10/20/30-days challenges. Namaste 🙏🏻

The Mark of the Beast goes in the right hand or forehead and people may not buy or sell without it.
Hi Ahsley, since I am following you most things are easier now :-) I am always interested what kind of wonderful - women-fitting-work-outfits are you wearing? They look comfortable and women-curve-fitting. I hope you understand the compliment. I am searching for outfits which fits to curved women since I remember. Here in Germany - there are no companies producing such stuff. Greats from Berlin - at the other side of our beloved planet to you and your lovely family.
