    Fasted state workout good for muscle gain or not

      Not so good for the muscle gain.. you may go to catabolic state and start losing muscle mass.. eat right amount of carbs and protein before workout for the optimal results.

      Hoga but diet control karo. Sugar Kam Karo. Mai bhi bands + low sugar kar raha hu for fat loss.

      Eating 6 to 7 meals a day.

      Eat protein rich food in each meal.. spread your protein intake through out the day to meet the daily protein intake. You don’t need to supplement it.

    Hi bro , I just got my resistance tube of 5 tube set , I got to know that the black one ‘ s resistance is about 15 kg but I can’t feel anything close to it, what should I do ?

      You can either stretch it more to increase the resistance or stack with other bands and perform workout
