Great video! I'm learning how to expose vlog on my GH5 and I find it challenging! I'd love to see more videos exposing vlog in a more contrasty situation and how you deal with different luminance ratios on your subject's face. Thanks 👍
I have a gh5s and am trying to master v-log, I shoot small real estate and need help- what aperture, shutter speed and iso should I have it set at? Should I keep aperture at lowest point (2.8) always, and then adjust just iso? Or just shutter speed? Please help and thank you!!!
Question, I am using zebras and the waveform to help balance my exposure and that’s helping, but now once that’s done, my question is what do I prioritize to lighten my exposure - aperture, shutterspeed or iso? Like should I keep aperture at a minimum (2.8 on my lens) and then use shutter speed and/or iso to adjust the exposure? Which one should I keep low and which should I be adjusting to move the waveform ? I obviously want to stay away from noise as much as possible, Someone please help I am dying trying to figure this out and I can’t!!!!
Try that with HLG. You will get heavier blacks but you will have room in the highs to bring it back easier. Not sure how many more stops but i would guess 2-stops.
@@alquisolafilms1431 I read the manual, for shooting V-log L it recommends 55IRE for the lightest part on a Caucasian face, and 75IRE for the highlights, in case one of the channels starts clipping and you can spot those potential danger zones where you may lose detail.

What is app on you phone?
Nice, but have you learned Spanish yet?
Who is that model she’s cute
You know you can load a false colour LUT to the GH5 and have it in LiveView? 80%, 60% Zebra is useful!
80% for highlights vlog? and 60% for skin tones vlog?
