Thanks for the video! Well deserved praise for the MG soleplate, super underrated, it's amazing for AG pitches! Nike needs to pay attention and also release something similar if they ever want to get me back as a customer!
I have the purple boots in MG and had the black one in AG for a while. The MG outsole for shorter AG pitches is brilliant. Your foot is very close to the ground, no danger of rolling your foot, and more than enough traction in the dry and the rain. I even wore it in the park on dry natural grass and it works just fine. For me it's the best outsole for AG pitches out of all boots, even the Mizunos. I found the AG version has more volume, and the fit wasn't as nice as the MG version, but the soleplate is closer to the FG version in it's construction. I did get stud pressure on the AG though. Both are suitable for wide feet I believe. Edit: didn't work for me in the rain. I thought it was ok, but used it in a game and had to switch after 15 mins, I kept slipping

Hey, regarding the new copa pure 2 elite version ag, the soleplate doesn’t have tru conical studs but rather triangle like studs with holes. Do you think those would be safe?
they need to find a way to incorporate a midsole for impact cushioning for fg ag mg sg boots. the pounding on the joints is my main problem. and only remedied by tf shoes.
Does the AG sole have greater cushioning and sole density than the FG? For me, cushioning is much more important than the shape of the studs. Asics football shoes are the most comfortable for hard pitches, rest of the companies ignore this problem. Maybe only Nike with Zoom...
@@pharaohsoccerp If safety is your main concern, go for turf boots (TF). They have the least aggression out of all the soleplates that can be dangerous/strenuous to your joints.
