I’ll say, you can stay in the same hotel 100 times, and sometimes you just catch a room that was destroyed by previous guests, or an item that busts over time due to wear and tear, or just a poor cleaning person that left dirty items in the room, so hairs on the bed might’ve actually been there for that one guest and the knob falling off, could’ve actually happened. And as for the food poisioning, could’ve been items that were bad given to them in their shipment. Ya know how things get recalled for contamination, etc. it could’ve been that.
