Great word Ron, the biggest challenge I think in this topic is being able to discern the dreams and visions whether they are from God or just our own desires etc. I read about Joseph the husband of Mary a couple of days ago and realized that the only recorded way God spoke to him was through the Angel in a dream. This happened 4 times to Joseph. In his case all 4 dreams were about a specific instruction for a specific situation he was facing in his life. I wonder whether God had prepared him in the past via a dream or otherwise that he would be the carer of the Messiah and so when it came to pass Joseph suddenly realised - this is the moment... In Joseph's situation it was a very practical to-the-point communication. And Joseph seemed to be responding in an instant - no doubting, questioning... So much unlike me... This I think spoke about his humility
Hey Martin, thanks for sharing your thoughts. It's normal for us to have doubts and it's part of the human condition. As we keep reading God's Word, those doubts turn into faith since faith comes by hearing the Word of God. That faith is not mystical but a substance of things hoped for and an evidence not seen. It grows as God builds our faith. Keep seeking and reading brother!
@@Knowing-The-Shepherd That's right Ron, the disciples asked Jesus to increase their faith and He said, that even a tidy seed of it is sufficient as it is a living thing and will grow. And as you rightly pointed out, it grows from hearing the Word of God

I want more than normal too brother 🙌
Amen! Let's walk with the King and wear His yolk. He'll lead us to places we would never go by faith!
