Reason: This is a general exercise plan with no heavy resistance training. Your body does not need a recovery day, so you can feel safe doing this routine each and every day if it makes you feel better. Have fun exercising! :)

I made only first 5 minutes and went about my business. After some time I realized that there is no clicking and popping sounds in my legs anymore. Yuppiii! I didn't know a few stretches can fix that! Thank you :)
As a Vietnam era veteran USMC, I find this video an invaluable reference in assisting my service-connected injury. These exercises helps my mobility, and the glitch I get when walking.. Thanks so much for this video. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis a week ago, and I want to do everything I can to avoid another cortisone shot or even worse, knee replacement. I've been doing this routine for a week, and I love that it is so easy to follow in "real time." I can already see improvement and hope, along with glucosamine supplements, I can heal my knee as much as possible.
The shot did help, but It was painful. I took the one to alleviate the pain, and it only lasted a few days, not three months like the doc said. The shots are only a temporary fix, and I later found out my cousin's husband developed a life-threatening sepsis infection that almost took his life from these same shots. My osteoarthritis is under control with this exercise routine, water therapy, tart cherry juice concentrate twice a day, tumeric made into Golden Paste, and my recently added TDP Fat Infrared Heat lamp (Amazon). Reducing the inflammation is the key to less pain. At my age (65), knee replacements are good for pain control for about 6 months. Probably TMI, but this routine is working for me, and I'm pretty much pain free!

I have developed a moderate pain in my left knee as a result of osteoarthritis. The pain started about a year ago (Age 72). I have investigated a few treatments to alieve the pain, partially if not completely. Procedures included laser treatment (not covered by Medicare) , cortisone injection, and synvasc injection. The synvasc will be done for the first time this coming week. Rehab exercises and walking will probably help also. I am using a cane to support my left leg when walking or climbing stairs. My goal is to strengthen my left knee to the point that the cane will no longer be needed.

I have severe osteo arthritis bone on bone, and I have found out that doing these exorcises has made my knee have less pain in the long run, being immobile just promotes atrophy. 3 doctors have told me I need a replacement. I can not subscribe to having a plastic knee at 55 maybe 70 but once you go plastic you can never go back. Seriously why can't medical science offer something better artificial cartilage or regrow it or something. seem just giving me a plastic knee is barbaric. these hurt at first but I have had much improvment doing these and riding a bike. I had to give up walking to much impact , but I still pitch in baseball. I refuse to lay down over this and fight it every day. Ice and motrin and fish oil. is all I take.
This sequence seems to be working after just two workouts in two days. My damaged right knee feels much more stable and stronger already. I haven't seen a doctor to see what my ailment is but both knees feel weak and my right knee swells after running. I will continue this a few more times and then start running again and see if the swelling stays away.

This was awesome until it got to lunges and squats. Every single video that says it's good for bad knees always seems to incorporate some type of lunge and squat. Some of us literally cannot do any type of variation. It's so frustrating.

Thank You but most of us with knee Arthritis cannot sit or lie on floor as we cannot kneel to rise as its agony. I fell last week and it took two people to lift me. I won't attempt anything involving sitting/lying floor exercise but Good Luck to those who can.

I dont understand how a dr suggest knee opp to a 16 yrs old? Pl do yoga n pilate for strengthening knee (youtube is full of such exercises). Ask Ur dr to refer you to the physio clinic. Drink bone broth. ( fm butcher buy joints bone of lamb/ sheep/ goat.... They r not expensive. Simmer them in lots n lots of water for 7-8 hrs. In the end hardly one glass or cup of water will remain. Just drink that broth by adding salt n pepper or add any fav veg, if u like). Cod liver oil z also very beneficial to supple n for mobility of our joints. Good luck.
Which capsules? My mother has severe pain in her knees that she is unable to walk properly and there is a swelling in her ankle too. We use to take Ayurvedic medicines which were doing fine. But now due to Corona, we are not getting the medicines. So, will the capsules work?

People who suffer from rheumatoid arthritis often have more than one joint affected by the condition. It causes pain and swelling in the joints. My sister suffered from this. It makes her life difficult. But after using planet Ayurveda's product she is fine now.

Wendy Klein There is absolutely no way that a person afflicted with arthritis of the knees would be able to do the exercises illustrated in this video. I have attended a full course of physio at the local hospital and cannot in truth state that I have received the benefits claimed for this treatment in all of the TH-cam videos. I have come to the conclusion that there is no hope for the likes of you and me through any of the electromagnetic therapies, vibro massage, diathermy, physiotherapy etc etc. The real pain relief methods involve the use of regular established pain kllers and antiinflamatory medication. The use of these though quite definitely achieving the desired result has its d own side by way of moderate to severe side effects. But then in the absence of any effective alternative there are no options available. Genuine embryonic stem cell surgery is illegal in all countries and the type of stem cell surgery performed currently can hardly be hailed as a magic bullet. Knee replacement is the one and only remedy that may yeild as much as 70% positive resluts.This could mean that there are some sufferers who would noit benefit at all from this very radical treatment method. I have read the rather extensive serious medical research done on the use of cannabis as not only for pain relief but also as antiflamitory. Cannabis is of course not available for the most part either easily or in a standardised form and its use would attract imprisonment and penalty. So while there is indeed a Magic Bullet available in the form of cannabis, governments have thought fit to bann this substance and derive great joy, pleasure and happiness from the suffering of us afflicted with this crippling condition. I wish you the best with my heart and soul should you happen to be affliced with arthritis.

Thank You but most of us with knee Arthritis cannot sit or lie on floor as we cannot kneel to rise as its agony. I fell last week and it took two people to lift me. I won't attempt anything involving sitting/lying floor exercise but Good Luck to those who can.

Pl do yoga n pilate for strengthening knee (youtube is full of such exercises). Ask Ur dr to refer you to the physio clinic.
Drink bone broth. ( fm butcher buy joints bone of lamb/ sheep/ goat.... They r not expensive. Simmer them in lots n lots of water for 7-8 hrs. In the end hardly one glass or cup of water will remain. Just drink that broth by adding salt n pepper or add any fav veg, if u like).
Cod liver oil z also very beneficial to supple n for mobility of our joints.

Along with exercises better to take Bone support capsules, it helps to manage the swelling and pains, I have tried this and got good results.
Which capsules? My mother has severe pain in her knees that she is unable to walk properly and there is a swelling in her ankle too. We use to take Ayurvedic medicines which were doing fine. But now due to Corona, we are not getting the medicines. So, will the capsules work?

People who suffer from rheumatoid arthritis often have more than one joint affected by the condition. It causes pain and swelling in the joints. My sister suffered from this. It makes her life difficult. But after using planet Ayurveda's product she is fine now.
It would be impossible or extremely difficullt for a person actually afflicted with arthritis of the knee to do these exercises. I suffer from arthritis of the knees and have not found one single exercise that may be performed without intense pain.

Wendy Klein There is absolutely no way that a person afflicted with arthritis of the knees would be able to do the exercises illustrated in this video. I have attended a full course of physio at the local hospital and cannot in truth state that I have received the benefits claimed for this treatment in all of the TH-cam videos. I have come to the conclusion that there is no hope for the likes of you and me through any of the electromagnetic therapies, vibro massage, diathermy, physiotherapy etc etc. The real pain relief methods involve the use of regular established pain kllers and antiinflamatory medication. The use of these though quite definitely achieving the desired result has its d own side by way of moderate to severe side effects. But then in the absence of any effective alternative there are no options available. Genuine embryonic stem cell surgery is illegal in all countries and the type of stem cell surgery performed currently can hardly be hailed as a magic bullet. Knee replacement is the one and only remedy that may yeild as much as 70% positive resluts.This could mean that there are some sufferers who would noit benefit at all from this very radical treatment method. I have read the rather extensive serious medical research done on the use of cannabis as not only for pain relief but also as antiflamitory. Cannabis is of course not available for the most part either easily or in a standardised form and its use would attract imprisonment and penalty. Thanks for your comment. I created the videos without any extra creative material just to get them out-there! I agree, but I'd be taking a chance that the music might not be to everyones taste. I do plan however to add narration to some of the more popular videos as an option.

Zuki Carlos don’t do the shots. I have been diagnosed in both knees and what had really helped me was PRP and Stem Cells Followed by therapy. This is what basketball players are getting done and some of them they go back to the game. These exercises shown here are great to strengthen the knee and rely more on your muscles than join. You want to get those muscles as strong as possible to minimize the grinding and allow the join to heal
