    With the low mileage ones you've had like this, a thought popped into mind. What would you think about dry ice cleaning the undercarriage and reapplying the Cosmiline?

    • @woodsandbarclay
      @woodsandbarclay  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Dry ice blasting is just a waste of money. That's what those used car dealers do to fluff and buff the cars and make them look all pretty and hide the fact that they haven't done any mechanical inspections. I guess if someone wanted to pay the cost to have it dry ice blasted I could do it for them. there's a shop down the street that has one of the $40,000 dry ice blasting machines. They charge $800 to dry ice blast the undercarriage.

    imagine if you dry ice blasted that thing underneath would be amazing!

    • @woodsandbarclay
      @woodsandbarclay  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah but that's really a waste of money it doesn't do anything. That's what used car dealers do to fluff and buff cars so they can sell them without actually doing any mechanical work or inspections. Lots of guys fall for that on bring a trailer. If you're actually interested in the car and you would like it dry ice blasted there's a shop down the street with one of the $40,000 dry ice blasting machines and I could just roll that service into the purchase price. They charge me $800 to dry ice blast an undercarriage.

      @Highteckhobbies yeah it doesn't add any benefit from a mechanical perspective. But if you're interested in the car I could definitely run it down the street to the shop that has the dry ice blasting and have it done.

    You need a helper to get these cars ready, because I see that it takes you longer to make videos, than it does to sell the cars. 😲 I need to get a money tree, like the folks that buy your cars have.

    • @woodsandbarclay
      @woodsandbarclay  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hahaha yeah it would be nice to have a helper I actually have four contractors and another mechanic that comes over sometimes. And if you really think about it my cars are cheaper than the modern craft that you can buy today from the dealership and they will last you much longer ;)
