  • Today we will do 3 of the best exercises to reduce the inner part of the thigh. We are going to eliminate the flaccidity of the legs and eliminate the cellulite in the buttocks and thigh area.
    Lose weight and tone up is something that we will also achieve with this fitness routine. Losing weight in this area is possible while working out at home.

    (UPDATE: It's hard but effective...i think my Inner thing Need 12/14 days because i accumulate fat in these area and It's take a time to eliminate all the fat.... I complete 8 days of 10 days but i Need more days for a complete slim inner )

    This workout is very effective. The first time I barely did 10 seconds for each exercise but keep trying it's hard but you'll see results in like a week. Do it. Don't give up

    Man I’ve been doing this for a week so far at the end of my workouts and it hasn’t gotten easier yet😫legs are crying good tears. Be gone cellulite!! Grrrr💪🏽

      Prachi I do home workouts 5 days a wk with 15 lbs weights sometimes and I still add this workout in at the end on leg days at least 3 times during that week but I’ve also added the band for a more intense burn. I have gotten tremendous results. Legs are much toner and my cellulite is less visible. This helped me a lot but a stayed consistent..

    comments: the second exercise absolutely KILLED me… holy hell but i’m sure it’ll get easier as i keep doing it
    day 2: done
    comments: the third exercise was the hardest one for me today
    day 3: done
    comments: back to the second one being the most challenging
    day 4: done
    comments: all were the same, none felt more challenging than the others, i guess that’s progress!
    day 5: done
    comments: back to the second one being the hardest, and i just realized that she’s on her toes for the last exercise so i started doing that
    day 6: done
    comments: second one is still the hardest
    day 7: done
    comments: third one got me burnin today!
    day 8: done
    comments: all of them felt the same today, but i sweat a lot this time!

    I'm back I can just feel it in me I don't feel tired in climbing stairs or running much anymore ( cause of how hard this has been climbing and running are nothing anymore) ;)
    I feel like about 2 inches have been reduced I feel great and just a little more of this I will no longer feel insecure in shorts
    A reasonable portion of my thigh us gone :))))))
