    Why does everybody plug this? You could use it for a crank case Vent😮

      I did use the governor hole for a pump port. I felt the wiring hole on the side was to low and would vent to much oil to the breather

      @@WhatIsTheWheel I seen that in the video and I tried to erase my comment. Thanks for all the info.

    Way easier then venting side cover think I'm going to borrow your idea

      It was pretty straight forward, the trick is making the fitting. I had hoped I could just buy something and thread it in but everything with a nipple on it was way to big to thread into the governor hole(Or cost $20)

      @@WhatIsTheWheel everything cost to much or in my case weeks of waiting on suppliers to deliver 🙄

    What the hell, while you're at it, you shoulda flattened the letters off the Head of the Bolt, too. It'd be purdier.

    1/8-27npt uses a Q drill [.332"] and seals tight to 500psi. A straight 1/4-20unc may leak.

      This is just a low pressure vent to power the diaphragm in a Walbro pump, maybe 2psi and no oil, so there should be no leaking issue. Plus it is sealed with RTV

    Way cool idea

      I think it will work well, and the hole was already there.

    Or you could just use JB weld whatever

    • @WhatIsTheWheel
      @WhatIsTheWheel  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      JB Weld would work for the small governor rod hole, but it would be pushing it to seal the oil sensor hole, and bad if it failed.
