Dont boil sweet corn in water steam sweet then it becomes tasty if u boil in water then that sweet corn become tasteless and add onion in mixture it enhances the taste

He never dried the corn bits and added flour that's what made the batter fall out and didn't stick to corn. Next time try adding phase by phase where you increase your batter content eventually. And then at last sprinkle water with your hands so that the batter sticks and forms a coating. This won't let you add the fake crunchy sound 😂
